Ridglea Animal Hospital

I love this place! It is my favorite place for all my furry, feathered, scaly and hairy pets! They have seen my hedgehog, dogs, cats, guinea pig....you name it and they protect it! I cannot tell you how often I get to board my family pets in their "home away from home" place! Our dogs love ❤ coming to Ridglea West Animal Hospital where they are treated like family!!! Our family Loves ❤ this family friendly vet! 5 STARS!

Dr. Knapp and the staff here are very knowledgeable and experienced. They lovingly cared for our dog every time we brought her for a visit over the last 14 years. They also understand how hard it is to let go of a pet, and were so helpful and supportive to our family when it was her time to pass. Couldn’t recommend more.

Have taken many of family animals here. Very very compassionate people. Decent prices. Currently took my tripod Lego with stubborn ear issues they helped my poor baby tremendously! I can't say enough good things about the entire staff and vet. I adore all of you for helping with all the for babies over the many years!!! ❤❤❤

Today was one of the worst days of my life. I had to put my almost 16 year old dog down and was absolutely heartbroken. Dr. Knapp and Mary Beth were especially kind as well as the rest of the staff. We were a little panicked about how everything would go but they were all so compassionate and explained every step. Thank you Dr. Knapp and Mary Beth for spending time with us and giving our girl Emalyn a painless goodbye. We appreciate y’all so much!

Our pup is highly anxious and I was not looking forward to our first visit. Thankfully, the staff and Vet are exceptional at providing care to the animals and owners here ❤
They handled our pup with kid gloves and did their best to make him comfortable. Best of all..... The visit was quick! Thank you all for making this visit so easy!

My family has been bringing their pets here for over a decade now. They are such sweet and knowledgeable people who honestly care about your pets wellbeing. My dog is much better after receiving the proper care and medication for his ear infection 💕

I forgot to leave a review last time but I loved them! My dog got attacked and no one else could take her in. I called them and they were packed but they still made room for her which I’m thankful for I took her in paid and when I got her back she was perfect we took her home the same day and everything was at a reasonable price! If I would have gone anywhere else I would have been broke😅

Staff is amazing. They take exceptional care of my dog, and they are friendly and warm. They answer all questions and help you understand everything you need to. They even tell you things most vets do not.

They were willing to fit my dog in, and they were booked but good thing cause my baby girl had a fever. The prices are reasonable, and the vet is very knowledgeable and friendly. The girls are super nice and very good with the animals. Highly recommend

Dr. Knapp's friendly and humble demeanor, coupled with his vast expertise, creates a welcoming and trustworthy environment. The staff members at Ridglea Animal Hospital are highly professional and display a sincere care for both pets and their owners. I recently brought my cat to the hospital for neutering, and I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided.

Despite driving an hour to reach the clinic, I can confidently say it was well worth the trip. The team at Ridglea Animal Hospital takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures and ensure proper follow-up care.

We have taken our furbabies here multiple times and have received nothing but helpful advice and great care!

Began bringing my elder cat when he got sick and kept bringing him for about 8 months until we finally had to put him down. RIP. Each time I came, staff was very nice and they handled by baby with love and care up until the day he passed. We put him to sleep at the same place and staff was very patient with us. I think what I really appreciated was the fact that the veterinarian always gave us options as to what to do and would explain each option as well - giving us the opportunity to choose what path we wanted to take with our furry baby. I’ve began bringing my other furry babies as well and have no regrets choosing ridglea as my vet!

I love Dr. Knapp and his staff. My dog has been going to Dr. Knapp for 10 years. Dr. Knapp and his staff has always been very kind and honest with with me. There prices are reasonable. Keep up the good work!

Best vet in town by far. Sara was such a big help, and the Doc was awesome as always. The ladies at the front are always awesome too. I can't recommend them enough.

Amazing, friendly, patient staff! I was treated graciously and my puppy was shown love the entire time. I am so thankful for the kind treatment, everyone was so helpful! I am a new dog owner, and time was taken to fill me in on everything I needed to know!

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly staff and veterinarians. Been with them for over 20 years and very pleased. Very reasonable compared to other vets. It’s obvious they love animals, it’s not just a job to them. Dr Knapp is good about explaining your pet’s issues in detail and educating you about the problem and it’s treatment.
