Willow Park Cleaners

I used to take my uniforms to have cleaned & they always did a great job. Several times I never got charged for them to clean my police, fire, & EMS uniforms because they support their local first responders. They are very reasonable on price for my regular clothes.

I've used Willow Park Cleaners for years and never had a problem that they did not rectify when asked I discussed it with them. I have used them for over 10 years now. They are approachable and friendly. They have never lost any of my items and always gotten my cleaning done quickly!

I have been using these cleaners for years now. They are like family. It was rough at first while they were going through some personnel transitions. But they always fixed any small problem I had.

They have always stood by the customer and that says a lot. I moved 30 miles away and still make a point to drop my off my clothes to them once a week. It's worth it.

The owners go out of their way to make this place worthy of the only cleaners we take our clothes to. Can’t say enough about the service we get here!

They do a wonderful job and everyone is so friendly! I wouldn't take my clothes, linens or draperies anywhere else!

In my almost 10 years using WP Cleaners, I would say they are exceptional in quality of work and service.

As the other person stated they do not answer their phone. I realize I cannot pickup or deliver my laundry by phone but it would be nice to know their hours. If I had the time I would just drop everything and go over there. If I knew their hours it might just save me some time.
Trust me they will get an ear full tomorrow. The wife is going to pick these up and in her spare time she sits around and files her tongue. She can make a point.

The cleaning and pricing is average. The most aggravating thing is that they just refuse to answer the phone. It doesn't matter what time of day it is either. They will not answer the phone. They have to be losing tons of business for that simple fact alone. Its going to finally drive me away.

Stay away! This is just a storage place. Picked up a simple press job only to find the jeans still wet and the seam not lined up correctly. The seam didn't even go the length of the leg, it stopped at the knee!. Save your money, go somewhere else.

WP Cleaners lost my suit. They all but accused me of fraud, saying I picked up the suit and paid with my VISA card -- they gave me a generic receipt showing someone paid for the cleaning with a VISA card, but they cannot confirm it was me. I have proof that I did NOT use my VISA card on or around that date. When I tried to have a conversation with the owner and show him my VISA statement, he refused to talk with me, delegating it to one of his employees (even though he was on the premises twice when I was there). After 5 attempts to resolve this, receiving nothing but excuses and shielded accusations, I am taking this to public forums. They lost it; at this point, I want an apology, as their policies make it nearly impossible to recover the loss.

Took 1 of my custom shirts in to be cleaned in
Came back 3 weeks later and it was pink
Lady owner had no remorse and told me to come back the following week and that they would not replace the shirt. When I came back it still had pink in it and said i'd have to come back. it has litterly been over a month.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. When my husbands dress shirts came back, they were dirty and wrinkled! Obvious no attention
to detail or care taken. I will not be returning!

This place is a joke! They lost my $80 pants first time I used them. Went back 5 times and same story....oh I have no idea sir? And he owner is never there. Please take it from me and NEVER use this place. They should get -1 Stars

My husband requested extra heavy starch. It was on the ticket but the pants didn't have any starch.

Extremely rude. Terrible customer service. Hung up the phone on me twice while I was asking about pricing. Then never answered the phone again. As a business owner myself this is unacceptable. Needs new employees and/or management.
