Bailey was very helpful at getting me exactly what I needed and for the best price.

I came in today to get help with my new iPhone 15 pro and I believe her name was Maddie or Natalie ( I am terrible with names), but she was working solo and had at least 5 other customers besides myself. She really impressed me on how well she took care of us all at the same time and to the best of her ability considering she was working by herself. She was professional, patient and very efficient. I am happy that my issues were resolved and that I chose that location to go.

Juan was extremely helpful for my first time setting up my own phone plan! We hit a little bump in the road with difficulty transferring my plan (to no one’s fault) and he stayed late after closing to help me get it resolved. Even almost an hour after closing, he was still patient in helping resolve the matter and I left with a new phone and a great deal! Super appreciative!

Definitely recommend! Abby was absolutely amazing! Not only did she help with fixing my connectivity, but also helped explain my bill and showed me how to save money. She went above and beyond with her patience and knowledge and I couldn’t be more happy!! Thank you sooo much Abby!! I’ll definitely be back to this location to purchase a new phone in the very near future!

Tandra is a very awesome Store Manager. She went out of her way to help us beyond what we expected. She helped us setup our phones and necessary purchases. She deserves a 10+.

Abby L the manager and her entire team are exceptional! I have a business account and not only did she help me with purchasing a new phone, she went out of her way to look over my account and was able to save me a tremendous amount of money and help with additional items in my account that were not being utilized. I’ve been with Verizon for quite some time and she is by far the absolutely best of the best! I would highly recommend this store and Abby and the staff. They get a 100 out of 10!!!

Jackie was amazing and patient. She did everything she could to make sure that she saved me the most money and all of our needs were met. When I have bought a new phone in past, I have left feeling like I paid too much. Jackie explained everything and made sure that we only paid for what we needed. Definitely 5 star service! This was while dealing with 3 kids asking questions. She took the time to answer all questions and give great service. Thank you again!!

This Verizon location was great. There was only one service representative at the time and 3 customers waiting. He did a good job at multitasking and getting everyone taken care of quickly.

I had THE BEST VERIZON experience! The staff are very helpful, did not feel rushed. Very kind staff, felt at home while I was transferring my data on new device. I am glad I went to this location and recommend this store out of the rest!!! Shout out to Abbey and Deborah!! You are awesome woman!!!!

WA_G was amazing. He sold my husband and I 2 phone's and transferred all our information, set us up with cases, chargers and liquid glass to protect our screens. He was amazing and explained everything he was doing so we would understand the process.
