We received a wheelchair today from Landmark Healthcare and must say that was the friendliest associate we have seen in a long time. What a nice young man. Dominique is polite, dressed in uniform and is absolutely a great asset to the company. He went over the wheelchair explaining everything along the way. Landmark moved up delivery of my alternating pressure mattress by several days to help expedite my treatment. They were very prompt and courteous on the phone and had delivery and set up within an two hours. Can’t say enough about Josh who did the delivery and set up. Did some unscheduled maintenance on my bed which is greatly appreciated. It was really nice to see someone who was so professional and knowledgeable. Did the job with a smile. We will be back as future needs arise.

I have been with Landmark for over 6 years now. Jamie & Pat are absolutely amazing! Pat is now helping me with my next power wheelchair! She guided me through what was best for my disability vs what I thought I wanted. I am so glad for her knowledge of power chairs, because sometimes what we think we want is not the best for what we actually need! Her concern was for my comfort, needs and ability to get around vs making a quick sale! That is huge to me, I will continue with Landmark for the foreseeable future! Landmark has to absolutely be the best! I am 66 years old and never had a company in the health care business pay so much attention to my situation and their attention to detail is off the charts. I am set up on a PICC line for about a month and a half and Landmark constantly stays in touch with either myself or my wife regarding supplies, meds, etc. Fantastic!

Great customer service! Landmark Healthcare came to my rescue! My CPAP order was sent to company who avoided my calls and made me feel as if I was not a priority. I requested my order to be transferred to Landmark Healthcare. I was contacted immediately and setup within a day. I was very impressed with staff knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Landmark to anyone needing medical equipment.

I greatly appreciate my association with Landmark as a respiratory patient that depends on the items ordered and delivered each month. If any issues arise, we work through them until all is resolved and back on track. They are just the Best!

My 4 yr old Son broke his leg the day before Thanksgiving. It was such a challenging time since we had lots of holiday events and a lot of Christmas Shopping to do. I also have an infant that I hold most of the day. Obviously when my son broke his leg, I was needing to carry him up and down our stairs as well as try to get him and the baby in and out of the car at the store. It was such a disaster. We called Landmark to get us a wheelchair. They brought it out that same day. I was so surprised! The man who brought it was named Robert. He was so nice! He took time to explain how the wheel chair worked in detail and made sure that my son and myself knew exactly how to open it up and fold it back together. He was very pleasant and turned a very bad situation into a positive one. My son immediately felt better now that he had a way to get around and wasn't having to sit in one place anymore. We had a great experience with Landmark. I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent customer service. John did an amazing job to get everything set up to get me out of the hospital asap, and has checked on me frequently. Everyone in the company is so caring and friendly. Hopefully i never need their service again but if i do, I will always use Landmark!

I received the best assistance with my bi pac mask. with Marissa she was so knowledgeable about the comfort of the mask she thought would fit me best. I've slept for the last two night with this mask without being waken with leakage or noise ,,extremely satisfied. Thanks for employing those who cares about their customers

This company employs people who truly care about their patients. Every interaction I've has has been pleasant and friendly. When you're sick, it can be hard to understand so many medical things. And when I had an insurance issue, they jumped on it and it resolved right away!

Always on time with calls on medicine and supplies. Never had to wait for anything. Keeps up to date with the drs orders and any medication changes. Very professional and courteous and respectful. Follows through to make sure the medicine delivery was received.

Tech made delivery of tanks and hose and canula parts on monday, This was faster than I expected and was much appreciated. Payment on my bill has been handled by your office in a professional and timely way that is very satisfactory. I am very pleased with you service level to my account

My 93 year old mom needed a bed today because she was moving from one facility to another. I was afraid that Landmark would be like other businesses that promise and make excuses. Well, they promised and they delivered better than promised and I could not be happier. Thank you Landmark!

Love Landmark and so helpful. They are quick with their response, and they start working on the orders ASAP. Very informational and great about checking in to see if you need anything and if everything is alright with your medication.

Came home on leave from the Navy and forgot my CPAP machine. I called about renting one for the month. It was getting late and thought I might have to wait until the next day. I talked to Michael on the phone and he helped me contact my doc to get the info they needed to set up the CPAP. They kept the doors open so that I could get the help I needed. Thanks Landmark and thank you Michael for going the extra mile.

I had such wonderful help from several representatives but, my special thanks go to Ms. Tasha, Ms. Olivia and Ms. Marlene. Thanks so much for helping me get my cpap in time for my 5th wedding anniversary trip. Blessings to you all!

The staff I interfaced with was courteous and knowledgeable. No issues there. My only potential issue is the availability of the equipment I have been using for a couple of years. This new equipment is adequate, just different. Hopefully I will adapt.
