Love this store! Beautiful jewelry. Many rings and other items are available in both gold and sterling silver, making it affordable for any budget. The salespeople are always so helpful and friendly. You never feel rushed to make a decision. If you want a charm bracelet, this is the place to start. They have such a large assortment of charms to choose from. The selection of men's jewelry is limited.

I initially came to JA to buy a birthday gift for a friend. However I ended buying four gifts. Maegan was so helpful. She displayed perfect customer service skills. I hope that my employees treat my customers as well as Maegan does.

Greeted right at the door. Walked in with no direction on what I wanted to get for my significant other for Valentine’s Day. Gave a few small details about her to my sales associate, and she knew right where to take me. She pointed out a beautiful necklace that I knew my girlfriend would love, and we took it straight to the counter. Awesome, helpful, and friendly customer service. I will definitely return for another piece.

This store is gorgeous! I like going during the week because they get super busy on the weekends. Everyone is always so helpful as soon as you walk in. I had the pleasure of working with Norma today and she was fabulous!

Went to drop off my daughter’s charm bracelet to have all of her charms put on. Anna helped us and was amazing. Her customer service was 5 stars!

I have been here plenty of times to be able to clean, buy, and order gifts. This is by far my favorite location and the staff have always been kind and very informative in products and sales they have.

OoOoOohhh, what can I say? I love James Avery & own so many pieces. I love the variety, especially the bird & bug pieces. I have 2 charm necklaces, one is Texas themed & the other has been, ladybug, hummingbird, etc. Staff is super friendly but not pushy. I never leave disappointed lol!
