My husband and I have been married for 55 years. My wedding and engagement rings didn't fit anymore due to my arthritis. We had obtained a few estimates in Rockwall for having the rings enlarged. It can be a very expensive proposition. But one day we walked into Rockwall Professional Jewelers and met Tom Ton. This man is amazing! He took extra time explaining our options. Then, in less than a week, on sight in Rockwall (no sending them away with risk of something going awry), he enlarged my rings for 1/2 the price and in 1/4 the time we were quoted by anyone else. The fit and comfort of my "new" rings are perfect. We could not be happier.
Additionally, I have a valuable bracelet I want to sell. Tom said the store is overstocked at this time and he wasn't able to buy it from me. But he offered to place it on consignment for a very low fee. Also, if I change my mind I can pick the bracelet up at any time, no restrictions and no cost to me. Tom, Callie and Irvin are the three wonderful people at Rockwall Professional Jewelers. By the time we completed our transactions, we felt we had three new friends. They are so delightful. They're honest, professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. They are OUR jewelers. We will never have to go anywhere else for our jewelry needs. I had a broken bracelet that I brought in earlier this week. I needed it for my wedding by the end of the week and the staff was so friendly and also honest regarding it may not be done by the end of the week. I appreciated their honesty and still left the bracelet. I came back around noon today where they stated it wasnt done. I asked if the jeweler cant get it done today, do they mind shipping it to me. They stated they didnt at all. I get a call two hours later stating my bracelet was ready. I was super thankful to the staff for doing it so quickly as they really saved my outfit!

We had a Tissot watch battery changed here. Extremely kind, professional. Even offered to clean other jewelry while here. This is what customer service is about. Being friendly, creating relationships of trust, and getting to know your client.
Due to this we will be using them to have a few pieces made.

My wife was brokenhearted over loosing the diamond in her engagement ring. While getting some other jewelry repaired, she found a gorgeous new engagement ring that she loved. We were very happy with her new ring and our experience there.

Just stopped by to see if they could size a watchband for me. They did it quickly and only charged about $10. They also fixed a couple of rosaries that had broken. They did that free of charge. Irvin also offered to clean my wedding ring for free, which I really appreciate. Everyone was so nice. The shop is nice and well-kept. Great customer service and experience!

I bought my wife a custom engagement ring online with a Great White Shark on it (sentimental reasons). But the fins were very sharp. We took the engagement ring to this store, and they were awesome!!! They took a mold of my wife's ring, and custom designed two white gold wedding bands to go on both sides of it, to protect the original engagement ring!! I would highly recommend this store to anyone!!

Give this local jeweler a chance for all of your jewelry needs. I have never experienced this level of customer service or care at ANY jeweler. I have had jeweler repaired, adjusted, and even purchased new. We shopped around before making the purchase and not only was his price the best, the quality was better, AND we were refunded for an accidental overcharge that we didn’t even know about. That shows such true integrity. Give this local small business a chance. You will be glad you did!

Changed the battery of one watch and resized another. It took them 15 min. Price was fair and the service was good.

Went in for some link adjustments on my watch, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and enjoyed speaking with the friendly staff. I wasn’t coming in to purchase anything, but I liked how they were not pushy sales people and were allowing me to browse and look around. I will definitely be back for watch/jewelers repair and purchase items from them in the future!

Man let me just tell you this place was phenomenal. I was reluctant about leaving my ring with them but I did. I went to pick it up it's a new ring very satisfied. Tom was super cool and the manager gentleman was super knowledgeable both were funny made the visit great. I will be back

Tom and Ervin were amazing to work with! They did a beautiful job repairing a ring that was 65 years old and sizing two other old rings and restored them like new! We will be returning for more repairs. Their customer service was above and beyond. Thank you!

I took my wedding set and my deceased husbands wedding band in to have his band and mine resized and welded together for me to wear. They did an excellent job! And after leaving it at another jeweler in town and waiting 2 weeks while they didn’t even touch it, Professional Jewelers had it ready in 2 days. I can’t tell in words how pleased I am. And they were so nice and friendly. I recommend them highly!!!

I was looking around Rockwall to get my engagement ring resized, and all of the quotes I got were pretty expensive and the wait times were upwards of two weeks (my ring is pretty simple). After checking around, I decided to go to Professional Jewelry. I dropped my ring off midday on Saturday and got it back by Monday, and their pricing was so much better than anywhere I looked. My ring fits perfectly now, and I have the amazing staff to thank for it!

I took my Grandmothers ring up here to be resized for my wife and Ervin was very knowledgable and helpful. He not only got my ring resized and cleaned up for a really good price but he also advised me on some other jewelry.

I came in to have a ring resized and they were able to do it the same day! I was so thrilled to get the call that it was ready for pickup only a few hours after I had dropped it off. The folks here are super friendly and incredible at what they do. I can’t recommend enough!

My fiancé and I took my antique wedding set in to be rebuilt and new diamonds added and are so thrilled with the way it came out. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. We'll be back to have more jewelry made and repaired and look forward to working with them again.

Broke my bracelet at work, stopped in to see how much it would it would cost to get repaired , it's the first time I'd been there, was greeted by the owner or management I think, he took a look at it , I piece in the clasp was broke. He came back in less than a minute with it fixed and said no charge😁😁. I was thinking "wow" not alot of places would have done that . Thank you so much !!!
