I've purchased many appliances from this place. I've never had a problem. They repair, clean and warranty used appliances for 3 months. You can't ask for better people.

We have bought a washer, dryer, and stove. They worked great and lasted years.

Refrigerator does not get cold I have to return what a hassle 😔

Saturday was supposed to be open at 9 am, sat in parking lot until 945a and no one ever opened the store! I had called earlier in the week and spoke to the owner Estelle and said I would be there Saturday morning to purchase 6 stoves!

Currently waiting on getting my washer and dryer to come get fixed, have called many times never answers, says their mechanic will come look at it. Im just starting with my husband and I and we’re buying things for our apartment and this happens. $500 for us is too much to loose. The lady Stella said it was the best they had and it worked perfectly fine the same day I tried it and it made horrible sound and the dryer as well. Not even a day I had it in my apartment.

WARNING: STAY AWAY from this business at all cost! We purchased over 1,000 dollars worth of appliances and within less than two months two of them quit working. They were within warranty so we called to get them to honor the warranty. When they finally came almost a week later to look at them they made all kinds of excuses as to why they stopped, all of them my fault. One being that I pressed a start button too hard and then he changed his mind and said that I opened and closed the door "too much". It was very clear they had no idea what they were doing. After insisting that I did nothing nefarious they finally agreed to fix it but weeks later have yet to show up to get them and they never answer their phone. Read the other reviews, this is common practice with this business. Don't waste your money here, they are scam artists and will screw you over. They will be seeing me in court, I've already contacted an attorney.

I would give 0 stars if possible. We bought a washer and dryer with 3 months warranty 1 1/2 months ago. My fiance had to go by their location because he called and they said they would call back but never did. Now I have waited all day for them to deliver a washing machine that doesn't have a bad pump and just spill water onto the floor flooding my house. They aren't coming I get married tomorrow I can't clean my clothes so I guess I'll spend what time I took off work for us to spend together celebrating at the wash.

I bought a W/D set for $400. Called in two days because washer doesn’t work. I have receipt for warranty. The manager came to check washer and ask me to test it and call him back if it didn’t work. He would bring another one per warranty. I have been patient and kind. The owner (his wife) was very rude at first. Now no one will answer or exchange my washer. I am very upset because I purchased in good faith and have done as requested. It’s sad how people don’t value your service like you value there’s.

If there was a zero star rating this would be it. Boughtt a fridge from them, and did exactly as I was told. The freezer seemed to work great, but the fridge didn't keep cool at all. They picked up my fridge for repair, and kept it for over a week. When it was re delivered I followed their instructions again, but the fridge and freezer were even worse than before. No refunds even though there is a 90 day warranty they say. Do Not waste your money here. Save yourself the headache and go to Rent a center or Aaron's.

Saw on Facebook, more than 20 people who bought multiple different appliances from here and had bad reports! Very bad! Read for yourself. No warranty- bad or missing parts- only lasting a few days after purchasing- they won’t come look at product or replace- just beware.

They DO NOT honor their 3 month warranty. They accuse customers of tampering with appliances and then say the warranty is voided. Will NEVER do business with them again after spending over $1,000 on appliances with them we were treated this way.

Bought a refrigerator for $700 from this place had to return it 2 weeks later cuz it quit they came out and got it brought it back to go most 3 weeks said it was fixed it quit again they replaced it with another refrigerator had it for a week started making a loud noise stop getting cold and freezing we took it to them cuz was taking too long for them to come out to get it my husband talked to them a week ago said nothing wrong with it was going bring it back last Monday never show up never called my husband calling them back today guess see what they say today don't do me no good to call they act like they don't understand what I'm saying I would rate them a zero if they were zero

I bought a washer and a dryer there the washer broke within a month and they refuse to bring me a 2nd washer unless I pay for gas so I a day off just to get a 2nd washer from them and now the 2nd washer within a day seems like it's not working

I was about to purchase a dryer there but after reading the comments I prefer don’t run that risk
