I can't speak highly enough about Q and their sales associates, especially Ali. The quality of their products is top notch and they are an absolute dream to work with. I worked with Ali on a custom suit for my wedding and had such a great experience, I've been going back for years since. They say the difference between style and fashion is quality and Q continues to be top quality, and as a guy, I really appreciate Ali's sense of fashion to keep me looking good.

I wear suits for a living and have always had trouble staying at just one store because other places can not always do everything that I need and want. This place and Rusty have completely changed that for me and make buying suits, shirts, ties, and shoes effortless. I have been going here for 6 months now and will not be going anywhere else. I absolutely loved shopping at Q! Thanks to Britney and Ali they helped me pick out the perfect sport coat for my wedding coming June of next year. They were both very helpful and Britney didn’t try to push anything on me that I wasn’t open to! I gave her some ideas on what I was looking for a few days in advance. When I went in store with a few of my groomsmen she had everything laid out and she nailed everything that I was looking for. Q Clothier is the BEST place for high-quality, professional and casual attire! The clothing is of the highest quality and the expertly-curated selection is modern, but at the same time, timeless. Even better than the products themselves, is the customer service experience. Britney is amazing and has helped me every time I have been in the store! From the second you walk through the door, you are treated to a premium, luxury customer service experience. Not only was Britney an outstanding fashion advisor but treated me like family, whether I was simply browsing or purchasing several pieces. I have seen other reviews that have complained about over promising and timelines and I couldn’t disagree more! I went in late the day before a job interview and Britney personally promised me she would ensure the pants were tailored and ready first thing in the morning. They were ready and freshly pressed as promised the second the store opened the following day. I can tell that service is placed at the top of their priorities and cannot recommend Q Clothier enough!

Clutch performance by Allison and Rusty. We had some unforseen shipping delays on my new suit. That didn't stop them from providing great customer service. Last minute they helped me find a backup suit for my wedding before my flight that closely match the original. At that point they kicked it into another gear and overnighted my custom garment to my hotel for my wedding.

They have an exceptional selection of custom fabrics for shirts and suits. Their pricing is competitive with other custom shops in the DFW area. The fitting process was almost painless and customer service was a notch above others. To me the interior lighting could be a bit brighter but other then that I recommend giving them a shot.

I have always wanted to get a custom suit and what better way to look sharpe for my wedding. Ali was great to work with every step of the way and always listen to my concerns and provided recommendations and adjustments. I will only go to Ali at Q Clothier to get my future suits or jackets.

Same as other one star reviews. It's a carnival of suprises. My sales lady had it wrong from the start. Lots of promises and under deliver. So many ooops and i am so sorry. I was lied to and conned. I like the GM but they let the sales lady try to make it right several times but I had no trust in letting her do so. Would have been nice if they would have told me that they would assign a new sales person to me. It didn't happen. Had the same ol con girl speaking in tounge with more promises. Get me once and it's on you, get me twice and it's on me, no third try.

Rusty Long at the Fort Worth location has forgotten more about clothing fabric than most men know. He makes sure you have the right fit and fabric to look amazing.
