I love the location of these apartments. The courtyard is quiet and relaxing. I'm a baker and my kitchen is AMAZING. So many cabinets and updated appliances. I haven't needed to interact with the office too much. Each time I'm there the team is nice and inviting. Maintenance is awesome. My ac went out in the summer and was fixed in a few hours. My neighbors keep to themselves and are quiet too. The gym equipment was replaced recently and is much better. The pool does need some flowers. There is only dirt and rocks. Overall My stay has been nice.

B6 Stealth is a unique floor plan with extra space for your lifes pleasures. Green marking says a king bed will also fit 😉. Our stealth has a $500 discount off first months rent. Enjoy coming home!

Great place!! I am currently looking for apartments in Houston and have been struggling to find somewhere safe, and luxurious in my price range. I have lived in several apartments around the area and really appreciate the effort the staff puts in to create a safe community. Everything seemed clean and well maintained on my tour and Gabe went out of his way to make sure I understood the application process. I really appreciate that this community is thorough with their application process and continues to maintain the property through good management. If you are considering this area, give them a call, everyone seemed helpful!

When I moved in the pool was broken, the weights in the gym were broken and maintenance was slow. I've seen a lot of changes and I enjoy my apartment now. The pool is BLUE!! The weights in the gym were replaced and the ac is fixed. We got an email last year about the floor update but only the first floor has wood. I hope they start the second floor soon. A lot of the employees have changed and they are all so nice. I'm happy to see improvements. The new security patrol is also very active around the property. Keep it up!

I like my apartment and haven't had any major issues. Maintenance was slow last summer but they are better now. There is a new maintenance now. The office staff has changed a few times now but the new people are all nice. The wood floor needs to be on all floors. They painted the hallways and look better now. My neighbors sometimes leave trash out when it's not trash time but the office is being more strict now on the trash rules. Overall I've had a good experience.

So happy and excited to be living here! I have had a wonderful and welcoming experience with Mercedes. The whole prosses was so smooth! I absolutely love my new space and am happy yo call it my new home! Also excited to see the pool has reopened! Definitely turning things around for the better. They are progressing positively. It is worth a visit!

I haven't experienced the issues any one has. I keep my apartment clean and haven't seen any roaches. My neighbor left her purse in the car and had her car broke into. Living in Houston you have to be smarter than that. You can't be mad at the office for your poor choices. I've seen a lot of changes in the last year for the better. The hallways are cleaner now and the doors are fixed. I like living here. I plan on renewing my lease.

Mr.Gabriel gave me and my family a great impression, was helpful, and seem trustworthy about moving here which is close to my church.

Moving in Update:
It’s a great place to live at with the 2 gyms, pool, and lounge area always being available for use. Nothing is perfect in this world however this place sure is close to being so especially with never having to battle rodents. I love it here in my studio apt. Plus everything is walking distance so there’s no need to drive.

Spotted this apartment while driving and stopped by. I was greeted by Tynia, she was an absolute delight. She gave me a tour and assisted me with locating the perfect unit. The apartment was absolutely beautiful! I really love the gyms and the courtyard and that fact that it’s open 24 hours. I submitted an application, can’t wait to move in!

What a great experience just going to look at an apt. Susan is so sweet and very genuine she cares about what her residents want and need. I had appts to look at other apts but after meeting and looking at their property I felt like I was at home. I definitely felt safe and relaxed. I look forward to making 88twenty my new home ❤

The process was smooth and easy. The ladies in the office were amazing!!! I had to move suddenly and sign sight unseen but Stephanie was very present and Susan sent me a great detailed video and Tiana handled my move in day and gave me a last minute tour before giving me my Keys!!! Thank You guys!!

My hubby and I live here and we really like it! Our apartment looks at the courtyard and it’s so quiet. Surprisingly quiet for living on Westheimer. There are sooooo many good food options in the area. Breanna in the office made the move in process so easy and has always been helpful. The maintenance man who came to our apartment was also really nice. We’ve had a great experience so far!

Property manager Stephanie and assistant Gabe are awesome! Customer service is on point and would definitely recommend this property to anyone that’s looking in this area.

Had such an interactive tour with the property manager Stephanie, the property was so so beautiful and very well located, I am looking forward to my lease ending so I can sign my new lease with 88twenty, 10/10 recommend!

Went in to tour the property, was helped and greeted by Alicia and she was awesome, very kind, friendly and professional. The property was nice, they have a nice pool area, gym has good equipment, a nice lounge area to play poker and pool in and I loved that they have farmers style sink in the units. This place is definitely on the top of my list to possibly lease in the very near future.

I have been living here for a few months and i never had a problem, but since the new manager i am more than happy. She is very professional and friendly, never had a problem with last property manager but it does feel nicer to see a friendly face and smile.

Came to tour the property while they were having a pool party, the staff is very friendly and I got the chance to meet the manager Stephanie, she was very welcoming. I plan to lease as soon as my lease expires.

Love this property, plenty of a space with the floor plans and it definitely feels like I’m coming home. Staff was wonderful answering all my questions and concerns.

Tynia Murphy is her name and welcoming new residents is the name of her game! I was blessed to have Ms. Murphy assist me on finding my next place of residence. Her tour was amazing and she did it all in these cute heels. That goes to show she’s willing to go through it all to ensure you get a well rounded tour of the property and you won’t be an inconvenience! I’ll have to update you guys on me actually moving in but until then… RUN DONT walk to 88Twenty!
