Great place to live and save some money. Friendly staff and well-kept grounds.

My wife and I moved to the Waters of Winrock as newlyweds in 2019. Since then, we’ve had two baby girls and raised both as newborns and toddlers in our apartment here.

As a young couple and family, we have always felt safe and welcome at this cozy garden apartment complex. The location has been great, with many nearby grocery stores and parks within walking distance. Good neighbors abound here, and though folks are quiet and keep to themselves, they look out for each other in times of need. Did I mention there's a pool that's not often crowded and gets both the sun and the breeze?

Whenever we see a staff member, we are always greeted kindly with a smile and a wave. From the maintenance man and the diligent pool guy to the property manager, all the staff take the time to make this place a clean, well-lighted place. The management company cares about preserving the grounds here despite its age. Whether coming home late or leaving for work at 5:00 a.m., I have always felt safe walking to and from my car.

Yes, Googler, the Waters of Winrock is not the towering luxe apartments of contemporary fame, chock-full of the well-to-do's glitzy trappings. Yet it is fairly priced, comfortable, and as fine a place as any to lay your weary head at the end of a long day.

We’ve never felt like the king and queen of the Galleria here, but we have felt content. Looking back, I'd take this two-story garden apartment with neighbors I know over one of the new, pricey, 'luxe' joints any day.

I am so grateful to the staff here for taking care of this property and its tenants over the years; many staff members work very hard to make this place feel like home.

Nicole is a great manager. Yes, the property is old and has plumbing problems but she does her best to get things taken care of as quickly as possible. She tries to stay on top of issues. She seems proactive as a manager. Love the location of this property. It seems to be a quiet property overall.

Ms. Nicole is so compassionate and caring. Her smile makes me feel welcome when I stop by the office. She is on top of it. Her first day at waters of Winrock she took care of some serious issues I’ve been having with the apartment since I moved in in 2021. She called back which is rare with some apartment complex. She really takes the time to take care of her tenants. Thankful for her.

I've been here for a little over 5 years. Nicole is a great property manager and has been doing a lot to update the property. Nice, quiet (mostly lol) neighbors, great location.

We have lived here for almost a year. Erin, the manager, is fantastic. She responds to work orders the next day and stays in contact with us. She is so thoughtful and understanding. She exceeds all our expectations of an apartment manager. This is the first time in over 30 years that we have lived in an apartment, and we feel so blessed and lucky to have Erin. We have heard nightmare stories about apartments while living in a house but Waters of Winrock and Erin have proved the rumors we heard wrong. We're so impressed with the grounds and how Erin stays on top of everything not to mention that she is so unbelievably nice. We hope and pray that she remains on the property. She makes living here a true joy.

I moved to waters of Winrock after having a bad move in experience at another complex. I’ve been here since the beginning of March, Ms.Nicole in the office was able to get me into an apartment that was right in my budget and close to my new job all in under 2 days! Shes very sweet and truly cares about her residents. She’s very attentive to the property grounds, and maintenance requests have a pretty quick turnaround. My neighbors are also friendly and quiet. Overall, I enjoy living here. :)

I've been living here for a little shy of a year. I can honestly say I enjoy this place. Neighbors keep to themselves, but they are friendly. I have not seen a single bug, except for the occasionally spider that climbs in if I leave my windows open. Unfortunately I forgot the leasing lady's name but she is very kind! I walk into the office and she knows me and is always pleasant. Sometimes the office is closed due to showing others the complex, but each time I've gone to get a package I've only had to wait 10min once. The parking situation you'd think is bad, but I don't even park my car in the gated community. I feel safe, and my car is safe leaving it parked just outside the gate! The only qualm I have about this place is that my pantry is ridiculously tiny! But I just use other cabinet space. Other than that, this is pretty much a hidden gem.

Been here since 2020. The property is very well maintained, very pretty pool, it’s always clean. Nicole is great at taking care that everything is working correctly in my unit!!! Thank you so much!!!

Nicole has great customer service. I love the apartment complex and all the residents are polite. The entire atmosphere is great and it’s a comfortable place to live.

I find this place to be conveniently located and great value for your money. The complex is small filled with friendly people. It is safe area and I have no complaints. I recommend this place to all.
The staff here is amazing and always friendly, maintainance is super fast if you have a problem. The manager Tatyana will go out of their way to make living here perfect and solve issues quickly if there are any.

After several years at Richdale properties, I find Waters of Winrock to be competitive and strives in maintaining a good environment for all. The location is secure and convenient, but most of all their management team is always attentive and polite.
