My husband had my engagement ring made here (that experience was amazing) but we recently took it back to get resized and again this experience was great. The customer service is always superb. We took it in right before Beryl hit, so it took longer than originally estimated to be completed. Victoria helped us and out and she was so kind and attentive; she reached out various times to keep me updated on the process and when it would be ready. Overall we always leave happy and cannot recommend this place enough.

It has been a great experience working with Eddie so far! Since my initial visit at the store he has been really helpful, kind, patient and professional. He invested time to genuinely help me with ideas for an anniversary gift with great knowledge of all the pieces available.

Eddie also helped me understand more about Rolex as a brand and the history behind it. He patiently explained the technicalities of every time piece I’ve tried on and he’s currently assisting me in my journey to get my dream watch!

Last visit to the store I’ve decided to get a Tudor I was also looking for and it was hard to decide between two different dials. I ended up going with Eddie’s recommendation and now I feel like he knew more about myself than I did since I like the dial he recommended more than the one I was considering 😂

I can’t forget to mention the team as whole. Everyone have been super friendly and helpful every time I’ve been to the store and that has made the experience much better!

Roland was extremely pleasant to work with, very professional! Previously, I had a bad experience there with another employee. I brought that to the attention of the manager, and she set me up with Roland. From the beginning, he was very kind. He listened to My story, and my passion for collecting watches. I explained to him that I grew up without a father and my father figures were my uncle and my grandfather, both veterans, as was I. Unfortunately, they Have both since passed away, However, my fondest memories are building race cars and racing with them and Many other sports. I expressed my love for the brand. Within about two months I got a call for a watch that was on my list and Bought it. I have a large collection. But I am waiting for my Daytona!

I was introduced to Sue at Thomas Markle through a very good friend of mine. He and his wife have purchased numerous items including several Rolexes from Sue, and she came highly recommended. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she and the team are at TM. First, I had my submariner serviced through them as it was not running. Victoria coordinated everything very conveniently directly with Rolex. My wife also ordered a pair of new wedding bands. With the help of Sue, she designed two infinity bands that she really loves. Sue took the time to meet with us over three appointments to make sure my wife was satisfied and the final design is beautiful. Most recently, Sue called me and offered a Rolex sports model that I’ve had my eye on for some time. I was so excited to get the call. The purchasing experience was easy and so professional. Sue and the team really are Rolex experts and have so many exhibition models in their display case at the moment. Despite their inventory of diamonds, jewelry and watches, the store still feels like a family run business where you are special.
