First time ever in this store. Every associate was so nice and helpful. They seriously went above and beyond. Summer is amazing, she made my day and made me a new customer for sure. I like to frequent places that treat customers with respect and make them feel special and that was Summer and her fellow associates for sure. Summer, if you read this just know that I appreciate your kind gesture more than you know. What’s more, I made a rush decision and the next day her associates helped me with an exchange with no issue at all. 🥰

Love the service here. I am always greeted and immediately attended to. The girls that work here are always so polite especially Jessica. She took care of me on my bday and made sure I got a great deal. I also appreciate that anytime I am having any issue with a piece of jewelry they take care of it without a question. Great customer service.

Went in to redeem my 50% off birthday coupon and was there longer than anticipated. Only because I couldn't make up my mind.

I wanted give a huge TY to Zoey for her amazing customer service and genuine kindness. I was looking for gifts for my teenage daughters for Christmas and Zoey helped me so much to know the biggest trends and confidence behind what to purchase. I HIGHLY recommend this store! REMARKABLY PROFESSIONAL & EXCEEDINGLY GRACIOUS! Lauren was extremely professional in taking my phone order. She recommended a "winter collection" piece, since I was out of town and not near a KS store. She sent me a pdf receipt via email the same night, and documented all the information accurately, as I needed my purchase shipped to another address. GO TO THIS STORE!

Crowded and small but that's to be expected. Went in to exchange some earrings for a different color and BC they were doing a sale today, I got the color earrings I wanted plus a $10 giff card. Not bad. Staff was attentive when I walked in and helped me right away. In and out in 5 minutes.

This store is AMAZINGLY PROFESSIONAL & OVERLY COURTEOUS! Hard to find these days. Maddi went out of her way to help me with my phone order, and was so competent and gracious ( since it was near closing). My earrings were in stock, and will be UPS next day. A pdf receipt was sent via email the same night! THIS IS MY NEW KS STORE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! YOU CAN'T GO WRONG!

Called today (6/11) to inquire about replacing a stone in my necklace. I arrived at the store this afternoon and was given a completely new necklace! I was also assisted with finding my friend a gift she will love. Great business and will definitely recommend this specific location to all of my gal pals! :)

The store is well stocked and staff are very knowledgeable about products, stock and specials.

We always shop KS for great gifts. The jewelry is always appreciated and tasteful. The staff is courteous and helpful without being overbearing. Pricing is also always within our budget.

Shopping for our company party door prizes today and Kendra Scott jewelry is a must. I can't say enough about Heather. She made some great suggestions and helped me choose just the right items. Her nice and friendly personality and fabulous customer service made my day!

Went to Kendra Scott City Centre today to make a purchase when I mentioned I am a teacher, Rebekah responded with the sweetest gift! She asked me how many teachers are on my team and gave me coupons and koozies for each teacher on my team. She also told me thanks for what we do and wished me a wonderful start to my school year! They helped me because the Baybrook mall didn't have the size of ring I wanted. Since I don't live in the Houston area right now, they helped me get the ring I wanted for my birthday and mailed me a birthday card as well. It was a great personal touch and I'm thankful for their customer service :)

I really like the organization and larger size of this location. A lot of Kendra Scott stores have lots of pieces not displayed but in cabinets whereas this one has everything displayed. Really dislike having to pay for parking, though.
