AT&T Store

Michael was amazing! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. It takes a special person to deal with different people, personalities, and needs all day while keeping calm with a smile on your face. I even drove 45 minutes, despite closer stores, just so Michael could help me with the new phone and number. He also helped my mom with billing questions. We are grateful for Michael's assistance!

An employee greeted me upon entering the store. This employee helped me with my questions.. Also showed me I was eligible for an upgrade. This employee showed me several different options. I chose the Galaxy S23 Ultra. This employee switched everything from one thing to another and allowed me to run errands while doing so..I'm so glad I went into AT&T today! I was very well taken care of..

I came into AT&T today and Roy for the second time I have came in greeted me with a smile and literally helped me for almost 2 hours Roy is one of the best people i have ever had to help me get two new cell phones :) I hope AT&T knows what a great employee they have working for them !!! We came in just before close, Keenan was the only one in the store and was quick to greet us at the door with a smile. We came in with several issues regarding insurance claims phone number changes and account changes and he was right there every step of the way. We had attempted to get assistance with one of the issues through customer service and had no luck but Keenan was sure to get every situation fixed and have us on our way in no time!! He was able to make us smile and crack up while still being professional and efficient, if we ever have to come back it will be for his business for sure!

I had a death in the family and Keenan hegarty Went far above, and beyond what I was expecting to help me take care of the devices I had on my account I would recommend him iand the store to anybody

We did business with LeaAnn at this location and it was a great experience. I’m a first responder and she was very knowledgeable with FirstNet and setting it up. She is also one that works for you and not against you. If you need something or just want to switch services go see LeaAnn at this location and she will get you set up with what you need.

I was immediately greeted by Leeann. I was hoping to upgrade my iPhone. Leeann is very personable and professional. She answered all my questions and went out of her way to make my visit with AT&T pleasant and informative. Leeann is definitely an asset to the AT&T family.

Called customer service for a billing issue which they not only gave me lip but wouldn’t listen to what I was saying. So I decided to go in store which I hate doing cause the last time I got Screwed like a loose screw...

As soon as I walked Carlos was very welcoming and helpful. Very genuine, He not only explained the bill but offered to save me money. Few minutes later he got me on new unlimited plan wit hotspot and looked for my work discount and applied it to my bill. I saved $165 and I was able to upgrade and add a line for Free phone. While saving $$$$
