I have being shopping at this location for years. Debra was helping me a lots while I am shopping. She will inform me when the store has sales or events so I won’t miss it. Since this May, I start to order items through phone with her. She always sends the items to me on the date I place order so I can receive it within the next two days. I can also ask her questions when I place the order. She is really knowledgeable. For me this is more convenience than order through the website !!

This place went far and beyond helping me way more than I would’ve ever Expected! The manager exchange my bracelet and gave me a brand new one because the little charm had came off and it was missing one stone... But the reason why I think they were awesome it’s because I couldn’t even locate my receipt but it was given by my son on my birthday. So she did that for me and told me it was my thanksgiving present! I was literally in tears since my son is In the military and he is been deployed So I couldn’t see him today! I will always thank you for it! May God always bless you ,always!

The gentlemen working in the store yesterday evening were incredibly attentive and helpful despite being busy with lots of other customers in their store. After not having the same experience in many other stores, they were a breath of fresh air. The store is absolutely lovely and well maintained. Well done.

I have been a very loyal customer here since the day it was open :-)! I always enjoyed the crystals and go freak shopping there once you walk in that door because you would see all these beautiful unique creation of crystals and Jewelry I love their jewelry it is so gorgeous it always catches your eyes :-)! I always enjoy working with this one particular employee and he's the only gentleman that works there he is so super friendly and sincere and so appreciative :-)! I love joining their membership because you get to attend some of their events that they would notify you what is going on with special discounts and special pieces to collect on the crystals figurines and they give away prizes and wonderful food that I always enjoy :-)! I also enjoyed the magazines they send me and they would give you a crystal just for doing the membership and a wonderful magazine to look at what to come upcoming events and sales and creating a new Crystal figurines :-)! I just love shopping here and collecting crystals figurines and wearing the jewelries it is so gorgeous :-)! I hope that you all enjoy shopping at the Galleria Mall to this place because I've been to other ones of this company the best one I enjoy going to is the one at the Galleria Mall Swarovski to me they are more specialize in customer service and have more knowledge:-)! I just love the way they display everything that they could sell and I can just tell you just looking at the jewelries to me make your eyes pop which I also mean makes your eyes wide open with excitement and desire so go have fun and go crazy shopping :-)!

I used to shop here when I was younger and I was with my grandma and my cousin the other day at the galleria we left Tiffany's and Swarovski caught my eye the lady with the long braids I don't know her name was EXCELLENT SHE DEFINITELY MADE US FEEL WELCOME she has made me a consistent customer once again thank you so much we loved our earrings and sunglasses and will be back

My obsession with jewelry is real and I ONLY rely on Swarovski to fulfill that! No amount of jewelry is too much if it was crafted by the best to make you standout in a crowd! On multiple occasions I’ve been asked if what I’m wearing is from the Tiffany & Co., that’s the kind of crystals Swarovski makes!

Wonderful product/crystal. They carry a fine selection of crystal and even fragrances my wife loves. But take a healthy wallet. Product is high quality and NOT cheap. You want cheap... go to Walmart

This place is a great place to get gifts. From the little animals to jewelry there is something here for everyone. Their stemware is gorgeous.
