Digital Vacation Quest

We have taken 22 vacations since joining in late 2018 and all the units have been quite satisfactory; some even beautiful. We have gotten our money's worth many times over.

I have been a member for a very long time and have gone to many, many places on DVC. Even repeated several places. Nice accommodations and beautiful locations. From several Caribbean vacations, Colorado Mountains for sking, Cancun, Cabo to Venice, Italy. This April 2024 going for 2 weeks to Crete, Greece. I haven't been disappointed. I would say if you travel a lot and like exploring new places this is a good plan. If you don't travel a lot, I don't know so much

I have been with this company for many years now with no complaints. Only once did I not like the condo I picked and the company quickly put us in another condo not too far away. I am very happy with Digital Vacation Quest.

Arrived on a Football Sunday. The process was quick and they were not pushy at all. They had some awesome packages. The only reason my husband and I didn’t buy is that they couldn’t guarantee the dates we always take our vacation every year. Other than that it would have been 5 stars.

The woman in billing was so rude I had to hang up. It was shocking. There are so many additional fees and rules. I regret signing up for this company.

Larry “the owner” appears to be a scammer, offer a great vacation package and ask you for a $20 down payment. He is no longer returning my text or call. Phone call line is no longer on service.

Very poor customer service.
