I was recently gift my grandma's ring who passed a few years ago. The ring was way to big for me, they did an amazing job resizing the ring. Super friendly & fast service. :)

I recently visited this establishment for bracelet repair. I shopped around for jewelry stores in the immediate area, and found this one. It was my first visit there. The reviews were good so I went ahead and decided to check them out. I was greeted by a young lady there who was very courteous and well presented. She advised me on the type of repair needed for my new bracelet and quoted me a competitive price. There was no appointment set, and I was told to be back in about an hour. I returned and she had the bracelet ready for fitting. It was a perfect fit having removed two links. I was very impressed with their service, professionalism, pricing, and the fact they have been there for 45 years speaks volumes about their reputation in the community. I will definitely return there for service, and now, count me in as a life time customer.

The service at this Jewelry store is unmatched, as well as the reasonable pricing of each item sold and services sold. This place has generational greatness as always. I brought my watch in to be repaired and had many questions about my watch and they had all the answers. I’m glad I trusted them to do work on my watch. I will always be coming back. Even when the store is busy they always had great service for each and every one that comes in.

This has been my go to jewelry repair shop for almost 10 yrs now. Always prompt service, fair prices IMO, and quality work every time for me. Ive only ever had an issue with a watch i went diving with that got condensation in it, i had to take back in twice but that was my fault. Ive bought a few nice silver bracelets here too. I recommend to my area friends.

Incredible craftsmanship and service! My wedding ring cracked and I needed to bend it with pliers to get off my finger. They bent it back, fixed the crack so smoothly I can't even see where it was, and gave the ring a beautiful polish in less than 24 hours.

terry hyde. This place is good and is a family own business. Clearly they don't use the internet for promotion nor edit their profile. They're probably old school. But that doesn't fault them to be given a 2 stars by terry Hyde. Her review should be discredited since she didn't even receive service from them. Honestly, I'm so annoyed at these people some time. They only give review when they're upset, maybe it makes them feel better?!? Who knows, but it doesn't give justice to the company.

They do a beautiful job on creating jewelry. I have gone there for years and have always been given honest and efficient service. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Charged me 45$ for a .10 round pendant holder..very expensive

Charged me 60$ to remove links out of two Rolex watches. Pretty ridiculous pricing or just ripping people off
