Always a great experience every time I visit. Whether it’s accessories for my dogs, food, or treats, the staff knows what they got and they’ll even pull out all the stops to help you out. Magical place, I’d volunteer to help there if I could.

I find this store so helpful at times. My dog gets her nails trimmed and I get her treats and toys. They have a lot of natural dog food that my dog needs. They are also knowledgeable and courteous and an overall great place to have in our community.

I had a minor fish emergency and called they spent a good chunk of time on phone with me and got everything figured out. Did it all just to help me. I've been going here for a couple of years now. Everyone here is so nice and they go out of their way to help you. Now that I make my dog's food, I don't go in so often but my dog loves when I bring home their awesome dried treats (beef tracheas, tendons, etc.) every now and then. We love Floppy Pets! :)

This is a charming little store that sells an astonishing variety of dog and cat foods that are not carried by the big pet stores Petsmart, Petco. I found my dogs' Purevita here. And, the owner is willing to order what I need. Their prices are also competitive with Amazon prices.

I really love this place and the people who work here. It is like going to a family members business. They do not carry a huge assortment of products like big corporation pet stores.... But what you get from the folks is a personal experience and you know that they love animals. I buy grain free food and many other items that my pets have loved over the years since I moved here over 15 years ago. Thank you for being the way you are.

Sarah is a wonderful girl!! I like to shop small shops for the service and to help them out. She is always willing to stop what she's doing and help me. Now with a 3rd dog....I'll be there more often. I drive 45 minutes just to shop here. That should tell you something. :) 2 thumbs up from me and 2 paws up from each my pups!!

Love the super friendly and knowledgeable staff at the NASA Road location. Pets are very welcome. Large selection of foods, treats, all dog products. A little messy as you would expect a small local dog friendly store to be.

Dont judge the book by its cover!! Although it doesnt look appeasing, this place is pretty awesome. They have a variety of pet food for a really good price! Friendly every time I have gone!! If you are looking to buy an animal, The only animals they had in there were gold fish and lizards.

Cool spot. Friendly staff. Just stumbled into this place, didn't know it existed. But, now I'm a fan. They have homemade cookies for my dogs. Way Cute! My babies loved the treats.

They have so many adorable toys and snacks for my Service Dog, and the Service Dogs in Training I bring for socialization!
They're so passionate about you and your pet and it shows! I hate giving my money to overpriced big box stores like Petco and Petsmart, and gladly drive the additional mileage from Pasadena to visit them!
I know I'll be treated correctly, and not taken advantage of. 🤷‍♀

Excellent local pet store with a very nice selection of food, treats, toys, and other pet items. Friendly staff. Excellent grooming (pre-corona virus). I highly recommend this store to all Clear Lake Area pet owners.
