This a fantastic store; if you’re obsessed with Apple like I am, this is the store to come by and visit. They have cool things to see, like the first iPhone ever made and many other Apple electronics in mint condition that go way back! Also, they are excellent and super fast at buying your tech; just bring it in, and they offer you the best price for your tech and give you the money right away. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I 100% recommend it. You won’t regret it Stop by!!!

This place is amazing!!! I came in, they did an analysis, gave me a quote, and saved my butt by getting my iPad I use for work working again!!! They are interested in fixing devices and not trying to get rich off customers with small issues. 100% recommend to anyone needing help! Trustworthy, friendly, professional!!

The nicest people on earth. both professionally and personally. They care about the community as much as they care about customer service. Very refreshing! I purchased a certified pre-owned iphone from them as well as a replacement battery on another phone and had a great experience both times!

Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. They verified the problem with my MacBook before replacing the battery. They told me how to condition the battery. Price was very reasonable and the system is working great.

My experience was excellent — I was advised if I could get there within 30 minutes of their closing time, they could service my request the same day. It was completed 15 minutes after my arrival, and I didn't have to wait until Monday (as they are closed on Sundays).

Great service at a great price! My laptop died on me once I updated the software, it wouldn't even turn on. Experimax fixed my laptop at a much better price than what Apple charged. I definitely recommend going to Experimax, you won't be disappointed!

Greatest Customer Service in Houston!! I have taken my iPhone and Mac Book Pro to Tristan and David at Experimax on several occasions over the years for repairs and have always received excellent customer service and fair pricing with quick turn around on repairs. I rely on their technical knowledge to get me back on track when I am researching something that I know little about in the Apple world. They have always made me feel like there are no stupid questions that I could ask based on my limited IT knowledge. I just want my IT equipment to work, and they are the SMEs to go to for help!! What an incredible experience! My daughter had her phone stolen a few months ago and has been saving for a replacement. David and Tristan could not have been more amazing and helpful. They are so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and friendly! The new shop and location are great and Doug is the cutest shop attendant around 🐶. We will absolutely be back for all of our tech needs!

I took my old 2017 iMac to a “repair” shop and they had it for 3 weeks!!! Only to tell me they couldn’t fix it. Experimax fixed in a matter of days and preserved all my data. Excellent customer service and computer support. 12-2023

Excellent customer service! I spilled coffee into my computer. The customer service person made the whole experience great with no stress. My computer was replaced by the next day.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff; not too busy. They mainly deal with Apple products and I was able to sell a fairly new MacBook Pro with ease at a fair price. I really loved the "museum wall" they had up in the lobby :)

Rep provided full details on transaction (cost, completion time, availability of required parts, etc) and contacted me on status of service. Met all agreed to and advised terms. Outcome of service was positive and improvement to screen that was replaced. Overall positive experience.

Called to price getting my battery replaced on my 2017 MacBook Pro - much easier than making an appointment at the Apple store and going in, only to be told they'd need my computer for 3-5 days. Between grad school and interviews, that was going to be hard to schedule.

Instead I was told the cost over the phone (40% less than what I would've paid at Apple) along with a same-day turnaround estimate. Dropped my laptop off and sure enough it was done in a few hours. Store was clean, staff were friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and in the store (worked with Tristan mainly), and to top if off there was a cute shop dog that greeted me at the door when I came to pick up. Battery seems to be working well and if I remember right, the 90-day warranty is the same length Apple offers.

I dropped my daughter I Phone 11 of with a severely damaged screen. They said it would be ready in an hour, but it was done perfectly in 45 min.
