I love the people at the leasing office. They’re very nice and understanding the apartments are very quiet. Nice, safe, friendly place I wish we could’ve stayed longer and they’re always helping in anyway…. And shout out to maintenance They actually care when you call them they try their best to fix the problem I recommend anybody to come and live here.

I have been here almost 2 years now. I have been waiting to see if I can provide a true and honest review.
I never ever hear my neighbors. I walk my dog twice a day and it's always so calm, quiet, peaceful and clean.
The maintenance crew is always attentive and responsive. Anytime I see a staff member walking around the complex, they say good morning and ask how I am.
Never had any crime issues with my car or apartment itself.
I do see an occasional roach rarely but I keep roach baits around to keep them at bay. I definitely would not call it an infestation by any means and very typical of shared walls in apartments. I've probably seen 5 roaches in 2 years.
The price of these apartments are great and exactly what I was looking for while going through a divorce!
They have had water issues in the past where they had to turn the water off for an hour or two but always sent out texts and emails the day before. The maintenance crew is always around and is extremely helpful!!
A neighbor in another building here gave me dog presents for the holidays for my dog! I don't even know her name but some of these neighbors are extremely kind. ❤

The office staff is very nice, especially Maritza. She is friendly and kind and will always greet you with a smile. The maintenance team is great! They are always willing to help and take care of your maintenance requests.

Nice condominium, gates work all the time, family-friendly place, very quiet and good maintenance service. there was a misunderstanding from my part, and they were caind enough to clarify all my doubts. Thank you.

I have lived here almost 2 years now. I love the place. Good management and staff. Maintenance is great. Dumpsters are emptied frequently. Yard maintenance is kept up. I live in the smallest size apartment and it is great for one person or couple.

I love living here!! Quiet and very low crime as far as apartments are concerned. Very few problems and they have been resolved promptly and adequately. The office staff is top tier, trustworthy, reliable, and fair. They will take care of you!!

I have been a tenant at this apartment complex and absolutely recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a new home. I'm leasing one of the townhomes, which is exactly what I was looking for within my price range, location (nearby shopping centers and a great midway point to my job) and privacy. Rudy has been very attentive in making sure my new home was ready and continuously follows up to make sure if I have any questions or concerns he is there to support. The community is very quiet and clean and well maintained by the staff. I recommend living here if you are planning to move somewhere new!

I recommend this apt the apartments are very clean, maintenance always on point and on time to fix whatever is the issue. And the assistant property manager Raquel mat amoros is a really nice sweet person always help you or try to work some out with you if u need some few days more to pay your rent or other issues you having she understands and have patience with you best assistant manager.

Just started leasing here and we love it. Very dog friendly everywhere, great floor plans and very affordable rent. Brenda was my leasing agent and was very helpful through that process. When we first moved in we had an issue with our oven but Mary the manager and Juany have been so helpful. You get a very personal experience here with management and I like that a lot more than I did at big name complexes

I looked at their website which announced the H floor plan available on the 31 October 2018, for $729. When I got there, around 3:00 pm, I didn't get a hello, just a "how can I help you." Apparently, the young lady don't like Mondays. Everything on their website matched except the rent where she jacked it by $90. She didn't bother to offer me other options. This only tells me the type of management I could have been dealing if I were to move there. Too bad because the area seem fine!
I called later that day and I spoke to Pam who were forthcoming in helping me. So we set for a visit the next day. My experience was totally 180° different from the day before. I felt at ease. Pam was very helpful by providing me with options when the my first option didn't workout. Kudos!
A couple days later I had a call from the manager concerning my experience the first day. She was very understanding and helpful in trying to accommodate for my concerns on my first choice of apartment. 2-1 a winner I will move-in.

Great apartment Complex. Lived here for 14 years. Seen management come and go, mostly not too good. But Mary Denny and her team are fantastic!! Anytime you need to come in and discuss something, they're there to listen and take care of whatever needs you have. Everyone in the office is very courteous and polite. Mary is also very personable, takes the time to talk with residents and make sure everything is alright. The maintenance team is outstanding, when there is an issue, all you have to do is make them aware of it and they are on top of if. Definitely is a relief. Very quiet and well kept complex. Have recommended to several people, and boast about it to several people.

I usually don’t write reviews but this was the best experience I have had with apartment tours. The office staff was very helpful. The guy that showed us around had a very up beat attitude. Highly recommended

Just moved in but so far great experience. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The upkeep is top notch and they take care of problems with any maintenance problems in a reasonable amount of time. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

I really like my townhome, I've only had a serious noise issue once but outside of that it's a pretty quiet and peaceful community. The staff at the leasing office are friendly and pretty good about getting maintenance request tended to. Over all, a very good experience so far!

Have been here for almost two months and I really appreciate my place. Brenda was very helpful with the transition. The apartment is spacious and affordable. When I request maintenance they are extremely fast.

Since the old manager, Lydia Barnett has been replaced by Mary, the experience living here has improved by 100%! I would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends! The staff and maintenance are so nice and friendly! You call for anything and they go above and beyond to do what they can to accommodate you!

I went to Lafayette Green on a Thursday and Tuesday I was signing my lease. Rudy was my leading agent, he was amazing. Fast, dwindling, very knowledgeable, I love my place!!

I have been living in this apartment for almost 3 years. Management here is top notch. Specially Maneger Mary has been doing pretty good job of making sure that the people here can have a overall very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

My initial experience has been wonderful...I've been here six years and every time I called for maintenance or help, the team has been very responsive and extremely helpful. Housekeepping, landscaping people...everyone at the leasing office has been above and beyond professional. They work really hard!
