Bobby, the mechanic who worked on my car, was great. He determined that my coolant leak was caused from the hose rubbing on something in the engine compartment. He not only replaced the hose, but also re-routed it so the problem wouldn't reoccur. I feel he went out of his way to truly fix the problem, rather than just put a band-aid on it. And the repair came in under the estimate I was given!

My vehicle had 4 recalls. They were all taken care of with courtesy. Apparently I thought my appointment was for Thursday @9am,but they had me down for Tuesday. They were very nice about my error and took my car and had it ready in record time.

Jeff and the rest of the crew are always great to us! We send anyone including our kids and mother in law to them for all vehicle purchases. We love our F-150 Tremor and will always go to this dealership for oil and services.

I took my son's car in for an alignment and a couple small other things. He has one of those "Fast and Furious" type cars that has had ALOT of after market upgrades. This usually creates a problem when doing repairs as nothing is original and you cant just pull it up on a diagnostic computer. However, nothing under his hood gave these guys a second's doubt. They saw all the racing upgrades and even still could easily diagnose his troubles. These guys are smart and up to date, even on his Subaru. They did an excellent job and everyone was SUPER friendly. Keep up the good work!

The service department was amazing! I was desperate, I didn't have an appointment, and my Ford Edge was alarming and unsafe to drive. I have a long commute to work and was really in a jam.
They looked at my car, figured out what was wrong, ordered the part and installed it the next day as soon as FedEx delivered it.
First and foremost, they understood how desperate I was and actually tried to help me.
Secondly, they did everything they said they would, and I was off to work after less than an hour after the part came.
I am so grateful and wish I could afford to send them all gift certificates or something!!!

JW was very helpful getting me in a new truck. He helped me throughout the whole process and was able to answer all of my questions. Got in for oil change shortly after I called. Service was fast, professional. This dealership makes me feel like a valued customer. There are several places I could go that are closer to my home, but none that I trust like I do Toliver Ford service.

$271.00 for oil & filter, air cleaner, patch tire and tire rotation seems high but as far as i can tell you did a good job.

JW Williams was great. Highly recommend him. If you’re looking to buy a new car he is the salesman to contact.
