5 stars completely. I've been looking at Mr jordache's site for over a year, never bought land before. I finally decided to take the plunge and go look at his properties in my area. I found the one I wanted, emailed him, within 24 hours he had sent me all the paperwork. I bought the land and he had everything done and sent off within just a few days. The land is now mine. It was extremely simple and easy and Mr jordache came through with everything on his end very fast. Thanks again. Highly recommended.

Wow! I Had A Great Experience Buying My Property on The Lot Store. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Horia Jordache. He is a very honest and professional Trustee of The Fairgreen Fields Trust and even helped me out when I was having a hard time and I had defaulted. He renewed the same loan once I got on my feet with no questions asked! As a retiree I am loving my travels on a very meager budget. I Am Loving The Property I Bought In Lake Village And Looking Forward To Buying More!!! The Lot Store has been a God-Send to me in helping me fulfill my dreams in Beautiful Arkansas! I called them and they were so helpful and honest. How many people do you know that are giving an honest answer? Usually, they don't care as long as they make the sale. These people are very nice and accommodating.

Affordable land but they should put more effort to getting accurate photos.

I signed an agreement for a property, packed up and moved my family nearly 2000 miles across the United States, and shortly after making my 2nd payment I woke up to a man putting an auction sign in my front yard. Save yourself the trouble, and don't do business with these people. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone from The Lot Store, there was NO ATTEMPT to make it right. I was forced to move, and refused to offer any refund of money paid. They are happily offering to scam you, too.
