Barracuda Gas & Grill

Found this little gem passing through on the way back home.... It was time to stop for lunch, so we figured why not, this is a made to order place, so don't expect old ready made food.... I had the chicken strip with fries combo and the chicken was tender and juicy and fries were crispy! Hubby had the bacon cheeseburger and onion rings and he said it was some of the best he has ever had! Service is friendly and establishment is clean! We will be stopping here again of we are in the area!

I had the hamburger with onion rings. The serving of onion rings was huge. 6.99. Very reasonable prices. They tell you when you order that it will be about 10 minutes. Don't expect mass produced fast food.

Stopped in yesterday. Grabbed some steak fingers and they were amazing. Everyone was super friendly and overall great experience

This is my new favorite store! They are always so friendly.. the store and the bathroom is always super clean! I even forgot my purse in there one day and they called me! I buy stuff from coffee, to blouses.. to home decor!

This place is on my way to and from work, so I tried to check it out.

To get the negatives out of the way, the hours for the restaurant aren't listed on this, so it was easy to come in too late or on the wrong day of the week. It was also a little confusing finding where to sit, and to order (only because I came in while someone was on break though), and to pay. And they seem to only take cash tips, which is a shame.

As for the positives, this food is worth it. I got the fish plate (three fried fish fillets, three hush puppies) with okra, and I'm very content with the taste and how filling it is. Only thing I wish is that there were more hush puppies, because they were the most pleasantly surprising part of the order.

I literally could not wait to get home before finishing it. Compliments to the chefs.

Pleasant

The fact that this store allows people to blast disgusting sounds (I won't call it music) so loud people couldn't hear each other talk outside. This is what's wrong with society and companies that Llow this type of disturbance won't get my business. No it wasn't a "concert" somewhere close by, it was a pickup truck at the gas pumps.

UPDATE! I stopped by again and when I entered there were two late teens early twenties behind the counter. Was there a hello? Welcome? Can I help you? No because they were both too interested in their phones than to be professional and polite. When I got to the counter the girl (the with a ring in her nose) said nothing, acted like I was imposing on her, rang my purchase up and never said anything. I chuckled a little and ask her who owned the store and she said, "our boss Ben" and she just stared at me. I asked if Ben had a last name and she said she didn't know it. This is why people lose business or there isn't any growth simply becase I can take my money elsewhere. This girl was sorely immature and shouldn't be mingling with customers, Good luck Ben!

This place was so terrible. Incredibly rude owner! The food made me sick it was so bad. 10/10 do not recommend.
