I had a request to see the home within 5 minutes of the home posting on MLS and several more after that, even before the scheduled open house. The first potential buyer offered me an over asking price the day after the house went on the market and I accepted. Brittany’s skill and experience enabled her to price the house perfectly for a great outcome.

I had recently been put in a tight situation where my family and I had to find a new home in less than a month. Agent Ajoura R was referred to me by a friend and was able to squeeze us in and help us out with short notice which we are grateful for. she was very kind and helpful in helping us find our new home. I believed looking into houses would be stressful since im only 20 years old and new to the whole buying a home thing, But Ajoura made the whole process easy and smooth. Although we weren’t able to find our forever home due to the short amount of time my family was given because of our situation and are currently renting now, I will definitely be contacting the agency and ask for Ajoura when we start looking into buying a house again.
