Love Big Lots! It's just fun to go shopping at Big Lots! You can always find something that you never knew you needed!! Or just wanted!!

I live closer to Stephenville than Granbury. But the Stephenville store couldn’t help me in a timely manner. I called the Granbury store to verify they had in stock the recliner I was desperate to buy. Employee in the furniture dept. I believe his name was Jason verified they had one in stock & put my name and phone # on it when I told him I would be there in 2 days. He followed through!Scarlet, in the furniture dept. helped me with the sale. She is wonderful. Marcos helped Scarlet load the recliner in my car. Next time I’m craving Great customer service, I will simply drive to this store.

It seems very organized and clean.

The store is very centrally located. It is very neat and clean. While I was busy shopping an associate offered her name and asked if I needed any help finding anything. Refreshing. While checking out I was offered a store rewards card by the associate. She typed in all of my information for me and activated my card as well. Unlike most stores which require the patron to do these steps themselves on their own. Refreshing.

I always like their prices and Customer service. I especially enjoy seeing Erica Reynolds there as well. She is such a nice person to talk to and very helpful. She is such a big help and very outgoing. Big lots knew what they were doing when they hired her. Hope y'all have and also get more people like her to work for y'all.

Big Lots is amazing, i went today to pick up a recliner my mother bought. The staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. Not only did they load this huge box in my truck, but went as far as to explain to me how to unload and assemble the recliner with minimal effort.

Great selection variety. Even nicer employees. Can get backed up at register on a busy day so be prepared to wait in line if it's super busy. They are typically quick to call for backup and get that line moving quick. Other than that this is a must stop place in Granbury for a little bit of everything you need.

Clean store. Friendly staff. I have to brag on staff. Food section has some surprising finds. Good place to shop if looking for home goods, furniture, home decor.

I have to brag on the staff for a sec. I once lost my keys so I called all the stores I had went to. Almost every store was not helpful. Big lots took the time to go check lost and found, then took my name, number in case they turned up. Doesn't seem like a big deal but after dealing with numerous other stores, big lots stood out.

We bought a patio set at another store and it was damaged. The manager put one on hold till we could make the 1 hour drive to get it. I wouldn't make the drive out to this store to shop. But the staff almost makes it tempting

Everything I wanted, & in the colors I was looking for, was in stock. Comparable prices with variety of stiles & sizes. Clean & welcoming appearances with courteous & helpful sales associates. No Hassle check out.

Such nice things in your store! Very stylish and prices are good. I wanted so much stuff especially the wooden bed frame and comfy mattress! I would furnish a whole house in there when I get one.

I go in for one or two items...come out with one or two aisles! Great customer service!

I love it!!! Went for a comforter for my bed and came out with 4 because they are so nice and cheap. Like to look at the clearance section also, always have good deals.

Summer Sale great for buying summer/pool accessories. Bought several small rugs 30% off. Been there about 4 times this week alone for great prices.

Love this place I always check the clearance items first because I usually find something cool. But they have great prices for just about everything you need.
