Lou's Supermarket & meat market

Great small local convenience store with gas station. Taco Grill inside, ATM, Money Orders, food, fresh fruit and vegetables, butcher meat market, Texas lottery tickets. A little bit of everything I including a small fishing tackle.

This was my first time experiencing this little gem of a grocery store. I was pleasantly surprised to see the variety and amount of products they have. It's a fully stocked small alternative to HEB or Kroger and the prices are not bad at all. I will definitely be a return customer.

They serve breakfast 🌮 tacos in the morning. Served fresh everyday. The kitchen is clean and the young lady making them is so sweet. Tacos are yummy.

I’ve always had a good experience at Lou’s. The gas is cheap and I’ve never had any problems with it. They are close to home and have all the basic groceries I need without having to make a trip to the giant store. Most of the times I’ve been, the staff is super friendly and helpful

Pre seasoned beef fajitas were good just a little salty

Friendly but the meat man seemed to only speak Spanish. They usually have what I need.

Family owned feel. A local shop. Pleasant and great customer service

We just moved to San Leon a few months ago and this is the only place we will go for our meats great prices!!!

Recently, they decided it was finally time to remodel and it looks TOTALLY AWESOME! They updated all the appliances, they rearranged and moved the deli, they repainted both inside and outside, they put up an awesome new sign and so much more! Basically, they updated, repaired, replaced, moved repainted and refinished so much it's almost a totally new store! This is, honestly, one of the very few places on earth that I can say that I have loved since I was a kid! and even though the owners have changed a few times over the years, one thing has always stayed the same... they actually treat you like you're family. It's just an all around awesome little, family oriented, small town grocery store like they used to have back when our grandparents were kids!

Staff is always friendly, meat counter is fresh and affordable.

Love this store. They have a great selection of merchandise and surprisingly they have good prices. It is nice to be able to come in here and not have to run up the road to Wal Mart or Krogers. The people that run this place are good people also. I like the meat counter here and like to pick up something different now and again and cook.

Still the same and expanded to serve this community better.

Great when ya don’t have to make a Wal Mart run. Have most everything produce meat etc. A lil pricy but convenient.

Love this place! Everything you need from a grocery store, but with a mom and pop feel.

It's like an old fashioned Country Store for the neighborhood great service a little pricey on the merchandise though

They redid the store into something great, sure they still sell meth pipes, displayed right when you walk in. And sure, some of the customers are still high on meth walking around shirtless. But they mop thier new floors, and they stock thier working drink coolers to keep the rest of the community proud to come to Lou's. Tbh, they have everything Gas stations like Buc'ees dont have. Instead of wrapping up a breakfast taco and putting in on a hot roller for 3 hours, Lou's hired one the communities finest, to make any kind of taco you want. And if you dont trust la abuela behind the counter to make an authentic taco for 2.50$, Lou's has a super market where you can buy your own Cilantro, Onions, tortilla, and fajita meat. The only negative thing for this store is the customer service is NEARLY non existing, due to the language barrier of the staff, other than that the staff is friendly.

Nice little place to shop

Wow!!! If you haven't been lately, you won't believe it. The whole place has been renovated. The meat market is even better than before. Full grocery selections, fresh produce, breakfast tacos & fresh pizza & wings. You can pay bills, cash checks, get money orders, play Lotto & get fuelled up. Great local family owned grocery store. So few of them left. Support Your Local Businesses Btw, prices on some items are higher than big box stores, but if that's what you want, go to Walmart. Sunny gets the best meat, excellent produce, & tons of things you can't do at Walmart
