I must say that I was devastated that a weight from a tent that blew over had fallen on my car. I assumed the hood of my car would never be the same. That is until I found Dentcraft. How I ended up here was simple. Every other shop wanted pictures and they would get back to me. However, the owner of Dentcraft answered the phone, asked me a series of questions and spoke to me about their services. At this point, all I was sold on was his customer service and transparency from the start. After, the repair I’m not sure how anyone can choose any other dent repair outside of this one. My car looks like flawless as it did before the little incident. Check the before and after!

We took our truck to Don for hail damage repair and a rear end collision…I cannot say enough about Don and his crew! His communication was amazing, quality of work was top notch and attention to detail can’t be beat! Don walked us through the whole process and was there to answer any questions! He fought for us with USAA to get everything fixed like it should be! With how insurance companies are doing now at dragging things out and not wanting to fix half of the things, Don still made sure everything was fixed correctly! He fought for us even though our own insurance company wouldn’t! Don’t hesitate to take your vehicle here for any repairs and I can guarantee you’ll be blown away with his work, customer service and communication!

After a bad hailstorm, I was referred to Dentcraft by a friend of a friend. I met with Don who walked me through the process of getting the car fixed. When my insurance company wanted to total my car, Don gave me his confidence that it was not a complete loss.

From front-to-back Dentcraft took care of my supplement and all documentation needed for a successful claim. They did more for me than my insurance carrier.

Once the work was approved they began immediately and finished very quickly, giving no slack to the quality of work. The car looks great!

They've done 2 projects for us. Both were classics with thicker steel, and the damaged areas were not an easy fix. The first wasn't great, but we couldn't have expected better - and our client was thrilled. The second was also difficult, but the repair was nearly perfect. For most classics, it's better to settle for something less than perfect than to attempt to match and blend paint repair. They will see more of our business in the future.

We took our Audi to them after a big hail storm, the car literally looks brand new. I cant say enough about their communication with us and walking us through the entire process. Without hesitation I cannot recommend them enough!

When the hail storms come through, Don is the man to do the job! When my car was damaged from the hail that came, I made a claim to Geico. Don came out and talked with me about what is to be expected while my car is being repaired. One thing that is missing with most companies is customer service. Dentcraft definitely believes in customer service. He kept me updated with every step that was going on. I like to call it high class customer service. When he tells you he will take care of the insurance company and your car, he will. After receiving my car aka Night Ryder back..My baby looked beautiful as ever. Don did excellent work on my car. After the hail storm in February, my husband and I weren’t sure what to do due to this being our first time getting our brand new car hailed on. Don was incredibly polite, came to our house even before getting the car repaired and explained everything with step by step and detailed process. If your not using Don to fix your dents then your going to the wrong place. Just had a dent fixed in my sons black Mustang and after Don finished there is no sign of where it was. Don and his crew are outstanding. I've had them work on our vehicles in the past (Texas Hail) and they knocked the ball out of the park. I'm amazed at the quality of their work. You can't even tell there was any damage to begin with.

Don takes a lot of pride in his work, he's timely, honest, operates with integrity and is happy to work with insurance companies as well. If there were discrepancies with the adjuster's quote vs what work Don felt needed to happen, the adjuster would work with Don to make it right.

There are a lot of "paintless dent repair" shops, many of them pop up overnight - Don is a local, he's lived here several years and takes pride in his work.

He's a great choice, you'll be happy with the results, I know I am!
