I highly recommend this place! PowerDynamix is one of the few places in the automotive industry that understands customer service! Jeff went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations when resurfacing my engine heads. Jeff is a pleasant person to be around and made this process easy. Jeff and the guys did a great job. I brought them heads from my 1967 Buick V8...not exactly what they normally work on but that was not a problem. I explained what I wanted and asked lots of rookie questions. They answered my questions, explained what they recommended based on my goals and delivered quickly for the price promised. I couldn't be happier.

Call before you visit....tricky to find if you don't know where it is....easy if you do.

These guys did a VQ35DE engine rebuild for me. The engine was brought completely disassembled to their shop due to another shop sitting on it for a year and not making any progress. Jeff and his team communicated regularly about parts that were missing or needed to be sourced and took the time to make sure that everything was done correctly.

Impressive equipment at this shop and it is obvious that they know what they are doing. They resurfaced a flywheel for me and it turned out great when a few other shops I asked first about it said “no”. They also mentioned they were specialists in the 2JZ engine work and some other Japanese and Euro Cars.

Jeff is great he knows what he’s doing and very friendly. Go to him he has great prices and will get it done with a time frame.

Jeff & Lance are awesome. Used them for various performance enchantments including tuning, fender fabrication and other mods. My S2K needed quite a bit of TLC and they brought her back to life!

My experience with PowerDynamix was in the form of car repair assistance. They have a video on repairing a Toyota/Lexus VVTi cam gear rather then paying over $200 to replace it. Its a simple repair of replacing an O-Ring that gets hard and brittle with age and will eventually begin to leak oil. I have found other YouTube videos that cover the repair, but when I opened mine up, I found what appeared to be a 2nd O-Ring that had split. I contact PowerDynamics through the Contact Us and they sent me a nice email explaining that was not a 2nd O-Ring but a split seal. This was extreamly nice considering I had not purchased the O-Ring from them.

Did an amazing job on my G6DA engine. First time they had ever done one and its running great!

I needed an old Honda cylinder head cleaned and leveled. Not only did they take the time to talk with me about the project to understand exactly what I was expecting, but they also completed the work quickly. The results were fantastic! Will be bringing more business here.

Jeff is awesome! I had him do some engine maintenance on my LS 400 and he clearly knew what he was doing. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was right before it left his shop. He was completely up front about what my car needed and gave me a great deal on the work. I won't be taking my car anywhere else.

I am new to engine building and am currently working on turbocharging a Lexus is300. I was a little nervous at first not having much experience with internal engine work, but I went to Power Dynamix for my machine work on the head and block, and they were extremely nice and helpful with getting me going on the right track! They have tons of experience and do a really great job! Would 100% recommend

Jeff is a wizard with precision tools, CNC, and a great attitude. He stayed late on a Saturday night to make repairs so that we could make our race early Sunday morning. Recommend highly!

Customer service and response time is amazing. Jeff helped supply me with a rare wiring document that i needed for a project when i reached out to power dynamix. Super nice and helpful.

I had them do some work for me a couple years ago and just forgot to leave a review. They got me out of a really sticky situation by line honing my ka24de in a very quick time frame. The ka24de uses a cast main girdle which makes them difficult to machine and line hone. These guys were actually the only ones in all of DFW that would take on the job. As stated, they did it very quickly and correctly. At the time, I used what tooling I own (not high end machinist grade, but worth a check) to check their work and found no discrepancies. They also addressed some small issues that a previous machine shop had run in to.

Fast forward to now and the engine has proved to live in the harshest race environment.

Stand up guys, educated, and are enthusiasts like a lot of us.

If you have anything with a 2jz Jeff is your guy. Had my race car miata with a 2jz swap to to other tuners and had motors that were damaged buy a bad tune. Jeff solved my isues and gave me the tune i needed in time for my race at Circuit Of The Americas In two days. Stayed late to make it happen.

Jeff (owner) runs a very honest business and has an extensive knowledge on any sort of vehicles. Been going to him since 2013 would highly recommend even if it’s a drive.

These guys are 2JZ gurus and do machining for many big name shops in DFW. I take my Supra to them for any/all maintenance. I also plan on doing a full longblock build with them.

Knows everything about the 2J platform. Has his own machine shop in house (5 axis port polish, decking). Quality work.
