I worked with Grant at the Little Elm location and it was the best experience I have ever had at a mattress store. Grant was able to work with my situation and gave me the best deal imaginable. I would highly recommend Mattress Guy’s. I’m a customer for life!

Extremely happy with my recent purchase! One of the best places I have ever bought FURNITURE from! They do not just sell mattresses, they sell everything you will ever need to furnish a room or a home as well. Anthony was such a great person to work with, not only did he follow up consistently and work with my budget, he was able to have both of my couches and all 3 tables delivered the next day after I ordered and I live 38 miles from the store! 100% recommend!

Excellent customer service! Ariel was patient and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. Not only was he very personable and down to earth, he worked within our budget. He was even able to get our furniture delivered within days, and the bed the same day!!

The mattresses: very reasonably priced and quite comfortable....much better than the one I purchased from Rooms to Go.

They also have an extensive selection of living room furniture.

To say that Cindy at Mattress Guys in Springtown was super knowledgeable and helpful would be an understatement to say the least! My wife and I walked in on a Saturday morning thinking we were just going to look and price our mattress needs, however, we ended up walking out in just under an hour with a great deal of gratitude that our new mattress would be to our home within the week. Cindy was not pushy whatsoever and she really listened to what we said we needed and helped us to find the right fit. Grant at the Little Elm Location did an amazing job with getting us a great deal. Bought mattress and box spring for myself and child. On top of that delivery was less than an hour same day and we came in 1hour before closing. Can we say Amazing customer service. Laura was great too, she was in training. Came to McKinney location looking for a good king mattress. Employees are very knowledgable. We had many good options to pick from and got to take our time deciding which was best for my husband and I. We were not rushed or felt pressured to go with anything in particular. Prices are very great. We also invested in a mattress pad. I have a toddler that sleeps with me time to time and sweats when very close to me so I got the Malouf cooling gel pillows! and they are amazing. If you're looking for a great mattress store with great prices and very informative employees that take their time to listen to what you are looking for... This is the place to go!

My wife and I came in 30 min before they closed, Ariel was fantastic! He stayed 2 hours late to make sure my pregnant wife was more than 100% happy with the mattress we chose. He made sure that that we got the correct adjustable base for late night baby feeding (not the most expensive either). We will forever be happy customers of the mattress guys! Thank you Ariel!

The awful moving company that put our mattress on the outside of the moving truck from Birmingham to Dallas caused our king size mattress to become wet and ruined. I came into the Mattress Guys store in a panic at 3pm in the afternoon and Euphrates (the store manager) quickly came to my rescue. He was able to get us a comfortable mattress the same day at a price that I was very happy with. A very pleasant experience, would recommend these guys!
