CSI Pharmacy

I have been using CSI for almost two years. Everyone went out of their way to make my infusions easy, on time and almost enjoyable, especially Jennifer and Kylie! I'm picky... and I could not find anything to improve. I'm sad to say that my insurance would not come to their terms on price and I have to use another pharmacy, I hope the new folks are half as good as them!

As an infusion RN of 40+ years, I have seen many home infusion companies. CSI is the best I have seen in the past 10+ years. They are patient centered. Their staff is IG certified. They are open to communication with the patient as well as the medical providers. And everyone is very friendly and accommodating!

They're the best! Accessible, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They make getting my treatments extremely easy!

I have had nothing but great experiences with CSI Pharmacy. The staff is always so helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

Unprofessional Human Resources Department. I was hung up on when explained the trainers did not disclose verbally or in writing timelines for essential training. The HR trainer sent me unprofessional text messages that were demanding and threatening. I was also sent an unprofessional threatening email. I received both calls and texts after business hours demanding I not mess up their payroll system and to complete a document now. Truth is, I was locked out and needed IT to reset my password; therefore, a 24 hour delay occurred as IT was gone for the day. There was no transparency on their end about their obligations and they clearly don’t value potential employees who can make a difference in the care provided to their clients. I’d share texts and emails but that would violate privacy. I do not recommend employment at this organization. Hopefully, patients give better reviews.
