Ruined my clothes. Didn’t take responsibility. Great location for where I live. But they know it so they don’t care.

Really this place should not get a star from me, after not receiving a shirt they messed up. The manager didn't say sorry our mistake for you having to come 8 times in a month to get you shirt that you will never see again. He comes out with, Ok, I went and found the same shirt s Walmart for $19.32 here's $25.00, like I'm going to jump for joy. I'm from Fort Worth Texas and that same shirt that you are talking about came from Cavender's in Hurst Texas. I think what really pissed me off was, no good morning, I'm sorry about that. God don't like Ugly. I would have been find with the Truth, you guys messed my shirt up and can't clean it.

After I pickup my order of 5 Jackets, I noticed inside of Jacket #1. cuff was still soiled. Jacket #2 one cuff was still folded up & other one folded down ( the way it was taken in ) The lady that took my order messed up my check, and needed me to write a replace one.😠
