I had a great experience at Wells Auto Group! Nader was very helpful salesman and not pushy at all! I drove from Houston on my 45th birthday to test drive this car. The buying experience went smoothly and the price was exactly the same as it was online. They also gave me a fair deal on my trade in. I drove it all the way home and it ran like a dream! Exceptional customer service! Ask for Isaac and Adel. They are very courteous and help in anyway possible. Unlike most dealerships, they do not try to pressure you into purchasing and they make you feel comfortable during the entire process. I was immediately greeted at the door and was able to leave with a brand new car within an hour. If service and quality vehicles are important to you, Wells Auto Group will not disappoint. 5 Stars!

I purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 truck for my son back in December with Abed Al. Keep in mind that because I am a relatively new widow, this was the first time in my entire life that I've ever had to make a major purchase of this magnitude on my own. Mr. Al was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process with me and I couldn't have been more at ease. Not only that, my the truck is EPIC! Thank you, Wells Auto Group and Abed Al. I must say my auto purchase went very well.
Our sales guy Trent was very helpful and professional.Our finance guy Dale was also equally professional,however they made us feel at ease with our auto purchase. They were very easy to talk to and I felt like one of the guys. Personable and professional at the same time. I will have to give them 5 stars over all ! Congrats on a job well done.

I purchased a Lexus IS 350 from Wells auto group a few days ago. I’m out of state so the whole process was done over phone and online with vehicle being delivered. My salesman Ari was amazing in keeping contact with me throughout the process. The car drove and looked great. The rear spoiler was damaged during transport but I called and Ari is seeing what the general manager can do as far as replacing the part and shipping it to me. So far great experience with these guys. Hopefully they will take care of the spoiler that was damaged as I’m waiting to hear back next steps. So far so good though and Ari does a great job.

I would say that dealing with Abed and Leo at this dealership was the best experience that I have ever had with any dealer in my 62 years. I don’t know if I will ever need another truck in my life but if I do, I will FOR SURE go back and deal with Abed and Leo! They were GREAT!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much!

Writing this review after 2 months of owning/driving the truck I bought at Wells Auto Group. We traveled from the Austin area to see a truck and the staff we encountered (Nader, Nada, Bill) were all friendly, professional and very helpful. Nader refused to send us out with a vehicle that was not up to his standards. Truck was washed, detailed, all cosmetic changes that we requested were made on-site, new key fob made on-site as the vehicle did not come with one. They even ordered a part to send to our home address and offered to cover the bill for any labor to replace the part. They truly followed up on this promise even though we were already off the lot! Trade-in process was a breeze and we were given more than a fair price for our trade in vehicle. If you’re looking for a used car, go see Nader at Wells Auto Group!
