I couldn't be happier with my engagement ring! This is a family owned business, and the whole family made my fiance and me feel taken care of. We initially went in just to look around, but we arrived about 20 minutes after closing time. Despite that, the owner opened the door for us and pulled out some things for us to look at. We worked with him that day to design my perfect ring. After my fiance had a couple more design meetings with the owner, it was only a couple of weeks before we had the finished product. A gorgeous, custom made engagement ring that was everything we wanted. I would highly recommend coming here!

If you are looking for a good price and want personalized service, this is the place to go! On my first visit to their McKinney store, I arrived when they were closing, but they let me in and helped me anyway. They didn't rush me and showed me everything I wanted to see. Their selection of wedding rings were more unique with a lower cost than your typical Zales, Kay Jewelers, Helzberg Diamonds, etc. They are a family owned business, have been around for quite some time, and know that their reputation and relationships mean everything! I was hooked from that point on.

Because of all that, I had complete trust in them and had a custom diamond wedding ring made by Randall. I was worried that my fiance-to-be or myself may not like the ring after he made it. Randall assured me that if we didn't like it, he would make it right and make us "happy". Well, it was done perfectly the first time, and before Christmas just as he promised me!

I will definitely be going back here for that personalized experience and any future jewelry needs!

This store is run by the sweetest couple! Your one stop shop for all things jewelry- even watch batteries! They cleaned it up, set it to daylight savings, and took great care of us. So appreciate the customer service!

I took my Tag watch in for repair as the face had come loose and rotated, and was 60 degrees askew because I had dropped it. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks, but their watch repair person did really good work. About 8 weeks later the watch was ready for pickup. I figured since it was a Tag they would charge a fortune to repair. The watch was cleaned, repaired, looks like new, and runs great and was only $50. While the wait was long, it was well worth it.

My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and wedding bands from them. They are super nice and caring. They know the jewelry business. Can't wait to go back and upgrade my wedding band diamond.

I took my ring to them to get it resized and it took a bit long but they did a really good job with it. I also got 14k earring backs and they were nicely made for a reasonable price and never have had a problem with them . the staff is nice and is a local business so I always go to them if I need my jewelery checked out .

They have been doing my repairs for years. I trust them with my all my jewelry and watch repairs. Pleasant and friendly every time I go in.

I dropped my wedding ring off on a Friday to be sized and was told it would take a week the longest. I called the following Friday and was told it would be Monday or Tuesday. I was not happy with that answer, So i waited. It is not Thursday that I am writing this review and I still do not have my ring after being told once again on Tuesday that it was not ready but would be available Wednesday. I have not called and they have not contacted me. I will just go there today and if its not ready I will cancel my order and take it elsewhere. What really makes me mad. I could have gotten it done for free where I bought it from but they told me it would take two weeks I decided to pay because I didn't want to wait that long and ended up doing it anyway.

I took my 24 year old watch in last June to replace the battery. A week later the watch stopped again, so I took it back. They told me the battery was bad and replaced it again. About 2 weeks later the watch clouded up and stopped working. I returned a third time when they told me that I had gotten the watch wet and now needed to replace the element. $476 and 4 months later I got my watch back. Guess what...it worked fine...for a day. Then the hands fell off. Now please keep in mind I've had this watch for 24 years, and NEVER had any issue with it. Not ever! So I returned again to show them the hands had fallen off. They said I needed to leave it with them. We did the hands-falling-off game 3 times before they told me I now needed to buy new hands, and I'd have to pay $65 for them. All in they had my watch for 11 months and $541 later...we'll see how long it works.

What I know for certain is that I'll never step into this store for any reason again! The owner has been incredibly rude, didn't care one bit about the inconvenience of driving 45 minutes every time I had to return, and kept telling me why it was my fault. Terrible place! Save yourself the trouble and don't bother with this place!!!!
