****For any mom and pop shop to survive in this day and age is phenomenal.
The abandoned railroad bridge downstream contributed to a flooding event they had, and I know what that's like to clean up and suffer tens of thousands in losses.
My most recent visit was to find an outside door measuring 28" wide, and knowing some doors are framed there I had to ask.
If they built storage buildings, I'm certain the costs of purchasing would be far less than others but they run the risks of filling them up with more stuff.
I can see a business like this design and build a kit for modular homes. Where if you can't afford a whole house, buy the kitchen, then later the bathroom and yes you still sleep in the kitchen...but you join these units together as you buy them, and complete them out.
The savings to the investment kit could be tremendous!
Precut wood, nails, screws wiring, and required tools suggested is all is needed. Building rafters by a jig could be done to include a whole house setup. "How to build" could be a free community class by those that wish to help and possibly get charity kickbacks.
We only have homelessness because they lack the understanding of investment. Skill sets are built by application of labor. Building your own "home" builds the community, a skillet, giving a sense of pride and equity. The downside is taxation.
Maybe removing the IRS should be first on the list.

JR's is a perfect alternative to big hardware stores. The workers were very helpful and professional. The pricing is competitive and sometimes a steal depending on what you are looking for. I like to help local businesses and this one isn't a disappointment. Would advise anyone to give them a try.

These folks are super nice people. There's a huge selection of all things home improvement. Lots of surplus items being sold extra cheap. Its worth stopping here first to see what you can save on, before heading to one of the big stores!

Never have I had any trouble with the staff here. After the snow and ice did a number on Texarkana in February, they had what I needed, when I needed it. They helped me find alternates for anything I couldn't find. Today, same as always... excellent service!

Love coming here with the Husband. Have so much hard to find stuff here. We've started coming here now before Lowe's and Home Depot. Keep up the good job. They quickly greet you. If 1 Associate can't find your item, he quickly finds an Associate who can.

Supply outlets are great for saving money, especially when remodeling multifamily investment properties the problem is they don't usually have hardware and the rest of the items needed to finish out a remodel. Enter JR's Building supplies. They have AMAZING deals on building materials (and fixtures) but also stock all the incidental items. From spackling paste & grout to bolts & screws, they are now my one stop remodel shop, especially when I'm in a hurry to get a unit rented.

Very friendly and asked if i needed help. Prices are better than Lowe's.
