We were on vacation when we hit a coyote and Wright's got our car fixed and got us back on the road in no time. Great job guys. We drove all the way home over 1100 miles towing a U-Haul as well with no problems, thanks again!

From the time I went in for the estimate to when I picked it up the customer service was great and professional. They went above and beyond to do the body work on my car. They didn’t only fix what was needed but touched up a few black marks for no extra charge. Got it back squeaky clean too. I definitely would recommend them and will use them again.

Bought a truck that had rock chip, took it in not knowing it was previously repaired, they told me and didn't charge me nothing.
You can't find honesty at most shops it seems, this was a pleasant day for me.
I will say this, not all windshields are made the same. Safe Lite in my opinion has too soft of glass because they tend to pit so much easier than my original.
I should have went to Wrights.

I've only used Wright's for yearly Auto inspections but their staff has always been really great to me. I do live fairly close by but if I didn't like the people and / or service it wouldn't matter if they were next door or across the street! To me they kind of make you feel at home with the way they treat you, and it doesn't matter if your a old time customer or a brand new one.

Highly recommend to everyone in the area! They made an awful experience brought on by an auto accident much less stressful. Everyone was very professional from the second they towed my truck till the moment it was completely restored and ready to be picked up. Mr. Wilson was extremely knowledgeable and explained to me what to expect during the entire process, including dealing with the insurance companies. My truck looked even better than it did prior to the accident! They not only detailed the truck inside and out, but also came to pick me up to retrieve it. Wife’s car was t-boned and wrights made it look brand new again. All the reception ladies greeted you with a smile and Eddie Wilson the body shop manager made the process very easy and hassle free. They fixed it fast and looks as good as new. I Highly recommend this body shop!

We went in to replace the window on the passenger side of my Honda Accord. The window would no longer go up. They replaced the regulator for the motor and advised a new window was not necessary. Blown away by the speed and service at Wright's auto body but only from the back of house. I highly recommend this is the only body shop in Texarkana worth your time and money. They completed the job in less than a week and went above and beyond by cleaning the exterior and interior of my 4Runner. (Which is no small task and definitely did not expect it) All my belongings were accounted for and Paul was very thorough with communicating the entire process.

I went in for a rock chip repair and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. The lady working the front desk had a direct number to the insurance agency, she informed me I would have to talk with the agent on the phone and acknowledge a few simple questions. Great customer service, she handled everything for me. The glass chip is barely noticeable after the repair was made. Pleasure to do business with a local company here in Texarkana.
