Twice as Nice Dental

The people at Twice As Nice Dental are very nice and professional. I arrived for my appointment and was taken right on back. No waiting!! Charlotte was extremely knowledgeable and kind while taking my X-Rays and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Carter checked my teeth and fillings to make sure that they are still in good shape. I recommend them to all my family and friends!

Had my first visit at Twice as nice dental today. Excellent staff and care provided. Appointment set up was easy and i felt like they were happy to have me. The plan of care from Dr Carter was thoughtful and personal. 100% recommend to all.

Absolutely loved the staff and service! Like most of us, I dread going to the dentist. This place made it so easy!! Malissa explained what she was doing the entire time, made jokes and kept it so cool. I almost felt like I was hanging out with a friend. Dr. Carter and his team are actually TWICE AS NICE! This is the place I would take my kids, when we have some! Haha!

The staff is amazing! They make your dental visit an enjoyable experience. Dr. Carter is very personable and takes the time to make sure you're well informed. Every member of the staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk through the door.

Excellent experience. From the moment I called to ask about this office accepting new patients, I knew I was going to like them. They were friendly and helpful. The new patient forms are on their website, so you are able to print them and fill them out before getting to the office. The hygienist was awesome and gentle, and the dentist was personable as well. All around great staff and facility.

Just got done with my 6 month check up at Dr. Carter's dental office. I was really sad when my long time dentist retired, but I am certainly happy that Dr. Carter and his staff took over his office. Everyone that works in this office is so nice, friendly, and professional! I have never had to wait past my appointment time to be seen. Everyone greets you and seems glad to see you. The hygienist and Dr. Carter are great. I would recommend Twice as Nice Dental to all of my friends!

The best dentist experience I've ever had. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the hygienist (Melissa), to the dentist were nice people and the hygienist did a great job of alleviating my fear of the dentist while doing an amazingly thorough job cleaning my teeth.

Dr. Carter and his staff were very friendly and informative. This was my first visit and they were able to get me in the office very quickly. My dental hygienist was thorough and very careful not to cause me any pain. I am very happy to have found this office.

Setting up the appointment was so easy. It was so convenient to print and fill out new patient paperwork on my own time. I can't say enough about the friendly staff. I practically had no wait time. I definitely recommend going here!

Previously I had been going to a dentist for most of my childhood and I never really too much liked going, or liked the staff. But after my first time at Twice As Nice Dental it was extremely nice. The receptionist is very sweet and helpful. My hygienist was so sweet and didn't beat me up about not flossing (my biggest struggle lol) and understood that some of the scraping and x ray positioning was uncomfortable, so she was very patient. Dr. Carter was really nice and accurate, but quick as well. He was clear and seemed like he really cared about your well-being. It was a great experience overall! I even got to get a prize and it was certainly not a gumball machine type of prize (a $25 Best Buy gift card). Would definitely recommend! Doubt you would hate going to the dentist anymore haha!

They were able to get me in very quickly as a new patient. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They said if i wanted to like their FB page I would get a prize and I got a 20.00 gift card. That was a nice surprise. I like that idea. Dr. Carter was very nice. I went in for a toothache and I will need to see an Oral Surgeon to get the tooth removed.They went out of their way to fit me for the cleaning and xrays so they could see if the surgeon needed to do any else so I would save money and only have to go through it once. Good thing they did because he needs to remove a wisdom tooth as well. They explained my treatment plan. They even offered to schedule the Oral Surgeon appointment. The lady who cleaned my teeth and did the xrays was very gentle and careful since I was in pain and I'm very sensative. She made sure I was ok the whole time. I was very impressed and I'm looking forward to my next appointment amd to start feeling better and get my smile back. Thank you all for your help!

Everyone is so nice and helpful! They are extremely thorough and want to make your experience great. Wonderful dentist and amazing staff!

This dental office is excellent, starting with the first contact with Jerra or Manjula. They greet you with a smile and always make time for small talk. Then Charolette does a wonderful job cleaning the teeth and she doesn't fuss too much when the patient hasn't been flossing. Jenny is wonderful prepping the patient for his or her procedure, engaging in more small talk and catering to the patient's idiosyncrasies. Dr. Carter is quick but thorough with his procedures and completes his part of the experience without undo trauma. I don't plan on using any other dentist for awhile.

For my first visit here at Twice As Nice Dental, I felt welcomed. The service was efficient with a very friendly staff. I would recommend going here for any dental needs. 😁
