Discount Tire

I needed a set of uncommon sized tires and checked several places around but no one had them in stock. Discount time told me that they could have them the next day and also had a better price than others that I’d had talked to. They called the next morning telling me that they had arrived and they could install them right away. I live about an hour away from Texarkana and I expected to be there for a little while. Within about twenty minutes after I got there they had them installed and had me ready to go. Great price, excellent service! I’ve found my new tire dealer.

Just got my new tires. I ordered and paid for the tires I wanted online, made an appointment for installation online. I pulled up for my appointment and they came out and met me, got my new tires on, and had me all done in about 30 mins. Awesome service. I use these guys because they know their job and they do it well. Very pleased with experience today.

Me and the boys had to get some new tires on their truck. It was an awesome place. The coffee machine was out of order. We walked to Cici s pizza and as soon as we were finishing up,we got the text that our vehicle was done. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I have been using Discount Tire for my wheels and tires for several vehicles now. They are so nice and helpful. They have beat all prices. They are very patient with my decision making process. Haha. Fast and friendly service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I needed two tires but one blew out so I hauled it to them right when they opened. Less than the 20 minutes that they quoted and the tire was ready. I took it and put it on my car and drove the car to them for the second tire. It didn't cost anything extra for them to take my car and do it all themselves. They quoted me an hour for the second one because it had gotten busy and they still had it done in less time than quoted. One tire for my Honda was $136.77 after all the fees, so out the door that's what I paid. I am very satisfied and probably couldn't have got it done cheaper.

Traveling through on a road trip my 4year old tires were fine when we left but after 2100miles in this summer heat they detioriated rather fast one call to discount tire problem solved. Shawn big help.Thanks

On June 25, 2024 we were traveling from Granbury, TX to Sackets Harbor, NY with our boat in tow. We realized in Mt Pleasant that we had a bad tire on the trailer, pulled off and changed it to the spare. Even though the trailer was relatively new, we were worried with the all the travel up and back (3200 miles) that we might have more trouble. I called the Discount Tire in Texarkana and they searched and found 5 new radial tires for us. They closed at 6 PM and they told me we needed to be their before closing. We went as fast as we could, but came in a couple of min after 6PM. I ran up the the door to find it locked, but the gentleman I spoke with told me "don't worry, we've got you"! The team of 5 quickly changed all of the tires and we were on our way. They saved us so much time, effort and probably our lives. The next day was raining hard, all the way to Nashville. We travelled without incident! Thank you team Discount Tire, Texarkana! Customer for life!

Excellent service as expected from a Dicount Tire location. This was our first visit to this location. Picked up a nail in our tire and this crew got us in and out in no time.

This Discount Tire team is amazing! I was traveling from Taylorsville KY to Willis TX when my vehicle picked up a screw in the rear tire and started leaking air. We stayed the night in Texarkana so that we could be at Discount tire at 10:00 for our appointment. We showed up early just in case we could be squeezed in before 10:00. Just like all Discount tire stores on Friday mornings, these guys were slammed and running in overdrive. Very much to my surprise and appreciation, they brought my vehicle in to the service bay early. The technician quickly serviced the damaged tire and reinstalled on my vehicle in a quick effort. Not only was I in and out before my scheduled appointment, the repair was performed at no charge! These guys are faster than a Penske Racing pit crew, and just as committed to excellence! This is my go to tire shop. The employees and technicians are always nice, fast, and do an excellent professional job. I use them for all my tire needs and have used them 15 years. I have had tire maintenance, repair, replacements, and wheel upgrades done here over the years and am exceedingly pleased with every part of the process each time. Tire prices are comparable to other shops and online stores. But going in and having the same guys know you and your vehicles makes this location a perfect option for our family. Plus, if we are out of town, they have locations every where so I can get repairs done and they have my history on file. Super helpful.

Amazing customer service and support!! Charlie Did a great job of getting me in quickly and back on the road in less than 20 minutes. I had an issue with a tire as well as a wiper blade and he listened to the issues and explained everything that was going on in the process. Real professional agents and top level service! Got a flat on the car tire. Took it in and found out that a screw in the sidewall was causing the problem. I needed a new tire, as a sidewall puncture is not repairable. Purchased a new tire for free as I have a road hazard warranty. Purchased a new warranty. Staff was helpful and professional. Quick service.

Ran over a bungee strap today and my tire instantly deflated. Put on my spare and headed over to Discount Tire for repair after work, almost before closing time. Matthew was the guy who helped me and he was awesome, they got my tire replaced quickly with a great attitude. I have been using these guys for tires for a while and everytime I go I am reminded why I always return!

RV blew the third tire on the interstate on a coupla thousand mile trip about an hour from home (225/75R15). Guys here fixed me up in under an hour, putting two tires on the rims I brought. I still had to use a jack on the side of the road in hundred-degree heat. But I saved money on roadside this way.

I bought tires online today (4/4/23) but couldn't schedule a appt. I was able to just drop by. They told me 30-35 minutes. The guys were super efficient getting tires mounted. No more then 40 minutes they were done. Manager was great to deal with. Discount Tire has my business from now on!

I made an appointment with them so I didn't have to wait all that time. They stay so busy that I was lucky for getting in and out. But I had 2 this completely replaced. They made the decision that the tires I already had on my car were unsafe to fix and send me back out there with so I was able to get 2 brand new tires, thanks to the full coverage on the tires but they didn't let me go back out there with the bad ones on. Very polite and professional.
