This was my first time using Texarkana Auto Body Works…. They exceeded my expectations! If I could give more than 5 stars I would…. They kept me informed on exactly what was going on with my vehicle and actually charged me less than I was expecting to pay!!! Kudos to ALL the staff from the girls up front to the guys in the shop!!! If I ever need body work again on my vehicle I will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for making this experience a good one!!

They are very professional. I really like how they gave constant updates on what was going on with my car. Like letting me know all parts where in and when everything was getting painted. I also appreciated the fact they detail my car before returning it.

Awesome customer service! They call every Tuesday and Thursday to give you an update on your vehicle, but will also call during the other week days as well if there’s any new information/communication with your insurance, etc. Very happy with my repairs on my vehicle as well!

Exceptional Service! The ladies at the front desk made every person that came through the door feel like they had all the time in the world to help them. One young lady even called a gentleman’s insurance company twice to help him out. His insurance company sent a photo link to him and he had a flip phone. She was very patient and able to help him with all his questions. My car looked great when finished and they even detailed it for me. Looks brand new! I am extremely happy with their team! I can’t say enough about Texarkana Auto Body Works. They are fast, professional, and so easy to work with. They called me every Tuesday and Thursday with updates that helped me understand what was being done with my car. And let me tell you about my car. It is better than I ever imagined. They matched up everything so seamlessly that I am so pleased with. I will only take my vehicles to them to get fixed. No one else will touch my car.

One of my big issues was the very constrained time I was operating in. I could have my car in at eight and needed it out by 11. I could only do it on Thursday. They worked with me they took me home after I dropped my car off, they drove my car to me, and I dropped the fellow who brought it off. It was done very quickly. I had an hour to spare to get to work And everything works perfectly. I am very satisfied.

I was very impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable everyone was. They definitely made the process of getting my car fixed easy and I appreciated them keeping me updated with the process. I would highly recommend using them.

They did great work, fixed my back windshield, detailed the entire car so it looks the same as when I bought it. Heck they even replaced the battery in my key fob. They provided regular updates and even dealt with my insurance, never had to chase anyone down or call twice
