Chili's Grill & Bar

I only gave 3 stars for the waitress not paying attention. She got my order rite but pressed the wrong thing. I was charged for a whole cheese fry instead of a half cheese fry & the rest of my meals. But it’s funny how you get something wrong and you was told that in person. But when she brought it out to the car, I accepted it cause I had already paid and didn’t feel like waiting for a refund or for the portions to be corrected. But I will be back like always, but if Cheddars come to Sherwood or Jacksonville, Chilis is in trouble

Very good place to eat. Always easy to get in and get a seat. The bar is really good for drink. As for food everything is good. I especially like the ribeye steak. You can never go wrong with one of the burgers either. The service is always fast and everyone is always polite. Walking distance to the mall if you need to shop before or after eating.

Food was great. Drinks were amazing. And the staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!!

Went in for lunch. Got the 4 chicken crispers and a drink. The fries were super salty and just about inedible. The crispers were hot and delicious. The server was attentive and helpful.

Our food was delicious and the alcohol drinks was fantastic on point!

Arrived with a party of 6 and only had a short wait before being seated. Our server was Kyle and he was terrific. Our drinks were ordered and served. The appetizers were prepared and served hot and delicious. Our entrees were served as efficiently and timely as everything else. Our drinks were refilled as quickly as we drank them. Needless to say, we were satiated before anyone could mention dessert. A most enjoyable meal was had by all. The photo attached is what was left of a smokehouse combo that included ribs, brisket quesidiallas, street corn, French fries and bread. It was really a lovely dish.

Was seated within 5mins, our waiter was professional,customer service was great. The food took awhile about 45min not sure why other than that, 10/10 experience.

Miss Trisha helped us out on a snow day where she didn't have to come in! Super kind lady and definitely a team player! Give this lady a raise

The staff is always helpful and friendly and the food is amazing. They have reasonable prices and a nice amount of food and good drink prices. My favorite is the cajun pasta

My husband and I come here frequently for Friday lunch dates while the kids are in school. Food is always great! Kyle is almost always our server unless he’s out for the day. He deserves all the recognition in the world for his hard work and dedication! He isn’t just excellent at his job, but he is a great person inside and out. He is hands down the reason we have became regulars and will continue our Friday lunch dates with Chilis.

Great servise. I sat at the bar and the bt was very freindly. Food came fast and well prepared. It had a great atmosphere as well. Would go again if i was a local

After a bad experience years ago we recently decided to give them another try and it was so good! Went back again and good again! Server's have been super nice and food has been great!

Wife and I eat at here every 4-6 weeks. Always clean. Very friendly servers, and the food is always great. This location must have had some issues after reopening from covid, because it never has regained its popularity here in town. Usually 90% empty. We always walk right in and get seated immediately. I have heard a lot of folks talk about how dirty the place was, how bad the service was, and the food was not good. I guess we are just lucky because the place is never dirty, the service is perfect, and our food is great. Every time.

Destiny was our server and she was so great!!!! We sat down and she was promptly there to serve us. She had a very great personality.

We had such good service tonight. Olivia was an excellent server. We never had to wait on anything. Our food was perfect. Thanks for a great meal, guys! We'll certainly stop in again next time we pass through. Wow, those fajitas were good! Chili's has been so consistent lately.
