The employees at this location are amazing. My husband and I have been to the Tyler location and it does have some nice employees, but this Texarkana store has the best. Everyone of them spoke and had great helpful attitudes. I actually had Lilly helping me and she is the most helpful and sweet person. I had a very hard time deciding on a shoe and she literally brought me 20 different pairs and she never once acted put out. She watched me with each pair and listened and on her own she recommed the two perfect pairs for me and brought them to me and and sure enough Lilly was very correct and knew exactly what I was looking for. I chose out of those two and I am very satisfied with my choice and with the service at this store. I live 2 1/2 hrs away and it is definitely worth the drive. Thank you Lilly.

Stop at every other place in town for some new running shoes before coming here. Do yourself and favor and just go here first if you're wanting the best set of running shoes and lots of other good outdoor clothing options.

Grayson was awesome. He let me try on 9 boots/shoes making sure I was happy with my purchase. The shoes I wanted were not in my size, so Grayson ordered some to this store, took my number and will call me when they come in. I wasn't accustomed to this level of customer service. Thx

The staff here is AWESOME!!! Super helpful, very knowledgeable and so nice! The young man that helped me was Emiliano (if I misspelled, I apologize!), he was very patient and recommended the perfect Hokas for me. (**If you haven't tried Hoka One shoes yet, do yourself a favor and try them out! After 2 excruciatingly painful foot surgeries, I wish I'd started wearing them years ago! Recommended by my orthopedic surgeon, they are expensive but WORTH EVERY CENT!**) I will be a regular customer here, love the selection, wish I'd had more time to spend shopping. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Great, courteous staff with an amazing selection of running gear and running shoes. Plus fantastic accessories and clothing to make it a one stop shopping place. As a physician who treats runners and athletes on a regular basis, I can say with all honesty that the staff at Racquet and Jog exceeds my expectations in the level of attention and customer service they provide to people I refer to their store.
