Great experience with Mr Keith, he sat down with us and made sure to go over every question, concern, option, and opinion. Ensured not to rush and to make sure we got exactly what we wanted showing us the comprises for any other ideas we wanted.
We worked with him for about month and nothing but patience and care from him.
Mrs Anna in finance made sure we understood all the fine print and all the paperwork that comes with buying furniture. Made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable purchasing from this store.

Keith is the best Seller Rep. He made sure my daughter first time purchasing furniture experience was successful. Give her a very reasonable price. He was very professional and he customer service skills was awesome. Anna was the Finances Clerk and she treated us with nothing but respect. She was very polite. Beatrice the financial Clerk was also helpful an making my daughter payments low and reasonable. We will be coming back to Ashley to purchase furniture again. Thanks so much to this team ! Look for Kieth he is nice, understanding, friendly, and helpful beyond expectations. We had been in and out of the store for 4 days in a row and he was always there with a warm welcome. And Anna was so cooperative and worked hard to make sure we got the best options for payment for a couch.

Keith and Anna were FANTASTIC! He greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and was super fun to work with. We found the perfect sectional/recliner set for us and Keith did everything in his power to get us the best price. Anna made the check out process very easy and provided all the necessary details on our purchase. 10/10 would recommend!

I came in not knowing how to style my home just that I needed furniture. I did not know the dimensions of my apartment. Not only did the sales associate Keith call the apartment but he assisted with taking the measurements. Hayden was outstanding and is an exceptional Customer Service Friendly. He greeted me with a smile as soon I walked inside the furniture store. He helped and work with me in finding four table chairs and a 3 piece power reclining sectional. He took the time to go over the furniture that I was looking for. Hayden also went above and beyond in helping me with the financing and discounts with a decent price. I really appreciate his assistance and patience.

Had a wonderful experience with Anna and Keith today! Finally found our forever couch that will be comfortable for my neck pain and my boyfriend’s low back pain! It was quick and easy and both of them went above and beyond to make us happy! Highly recommend!

I cannot express how wonderful the service was. When I came to the main location Walter, my sales person, mentioned that we go to a sister location to see some of the products I was looking. Not only did I get what I wanted but SALE!!! Mrs. Anna, came thru with making what I wanted possible. I thank you so much for such a great job. I don’t regret coming here.

Our sales person was Julio Ramirez. He was a really nice guy, and got my wife and I a great deal. Delivery time is about 7-10 days, if in stock. All of the staff were very professional and pleasant, but Julio answered every question we had about certain furniture sets and was very knowledgeable about the stores stock. They also have various payment plans and will try to work with you on those payment options.
