Big Lots

Texarkana Big Lots is probably the cleanest, most organized Big Lots I have ever been in. A better location would be nice (and beneficial to the company.) Props to the local management and staff for maintaining this store to the level they do.

Deals deals deals...... love this store, from house hold furniture to candy that is hard to find.

Recently we stopped in to do some impromptu purchases. We were greeted by a wonderful young man with a beautiful smile. His name is Stormy. He went over and above to assist my daughter and I.
It is truly rare to see and witness the level of professionalism, courtesy and kindness that he exemplified. We will continue to drive here for this reason. Stop in and find some amazing deals. Ask for Stormy! This young professional needs to be in management!

Have lots of good stuff and kind staff

There are very few places I like to shop. Big Lots is one of my faves. Well stocked, ok prices, friendly staff, and a really wide selection to help enjoy your shopping experience.

When I saw Awesome, I mean awesome. The store is really clean and organized. The staff is visible and ready to help. The prices on the furniture, bedding, food products deserve a six star. My sister and I will definitely return to shop.

I have yet to have a bad experience at this location. Site is organized and clean. Employees will happily go look in the back for items if you have a question.
So many things to choose from. I always find a great deal on something, usually something I did not need but ending up buying.
Cashiers are always pleasant and offer some sort of conversation.

Great place for reasonable priced diet products. I like the keto coffee drinks, keto snacks, and protein powders. Much cheaper than going to your local health food stores.

They have great customer service! I forgot to use my coupon and she went out of her way to redo my ticket! Win/win!

It has been well over a year since I have been here and was very impressed. Very clean, well stocked and great variety of everything. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I haven't been there in a while. The store is very nice . They even have a good selection of nice furniture. The workers are all very helpful. You need to check it out. I was impressed.

Texarkana Big Lots Furniture Manager is the absolute best. She recently went out of her way to help my 15 year old with her furniture purchase of a futon bunk bed and when the futon mattress was damaged when we opened it, she was super helpful and offered options to fix the problem. Excellent customer service. Friendly. She's definitely an asset to their company. Very pleased

Was pleasantly surprised to find a very good selection of home furnishings. Top quality mattresses in all sizes are available. The clerks are very nice and polite.
