My 22yr son loves this store. My family & I were visiting family in San Antonio we're from Rio Grande Valley Raymondville Tx My son shops in McAllen Tx So he wanted to visit this store He purchased several items . Glad we stopped before heading back home. Thank you.

My 6’6” teenager loves going to a store where he has a huge selection of things that will fit him! They have everything - suits, shoes, pajamas, t-shirts, casual clothing, XL socks, etc.

I have been shopping here for years, the employees are always happy and ready to help. I am always feel welcomed, and great deals!!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Terry. Who was extremely polite and courteous. Terry helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even rang up my purchase. I am definitely going back.

The service was excellent, and the workers were friendly. Found high-quality clothes that I can actually fit in!

Amazing staff great selection of shoes in a size 16. Great atmosphere I do think some of the shirts that are on sale 2 for 30. Are a 1 out of 5 stars as far as quality but everything else was great

Came in for two suits and Terry was AMAZING - helped me not only find the perfect sizes and colors, but helped make the most of my purchase by helping me try other suit pant colors to get more miles out of the same jackets. Plus I bought my first suit vest ever! I've been a DXL customer for a long time, and everyone is always super nice, but Terry definitely went above and beyond and was very, very kind and patient and helped answer all of my questions, and worked with my colorblindness to help make sure everything matched!!

All went very good at this location. They are very professional and very courteous. My husband always finds his needs at this store and always have a great selection in his shoe size .

When my daughter and I first walked in we were greeted by a gentleman named Terry, he was helpful and gave us good suggestions for my husband's outfits. Terry even suggested to join the rewards program which I did. I had a great experience and Mr. Terry was very nice, cause of him I will be returning back.

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had getting clothes. It was my first time going and I felt so welcomed. I hope I spelled it right but Lashawnda was fantastic! I’m actually going back soon for more.

This store is great! I received great customer service from Elva and the options I had for shirts were plenty. This is the only store that I can shop at that has clothes that fit well and still allow me to keep a dignified look. Big guys can shop here and leave happy.

I was shopping for my out of town college-age son and it was very nice to have help from a clerk of similar build to my son. He advised me on which shirts would have less ironing needed, how the shirt would fit a over a larger belly and he showed me a great 3X selection that is appealing to younger men. My son was delighted upon receiving.

Excellent experience once again!! From the moment I walked in Elva helped me find everything. Elva was so comforting and helped me find the sizes I needed, also recommended different brands I wasn't familiar with and they fit perfectly. Elva's customer service was beyond great she made me feel like family. Thank you Elva I will definitely return.

We first visited this store on a recommendation and instantly was won over! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The salesman, John was an absolute delight to work with and made us feel like we belonged and not like a commission. My husband has had a hard time finding good quality clothes that fit him. He is 6'4" and 280lbs so he was like a kid in a candy store! He was almost emotional to see all the shoes in his size (15s are hard to come by) thank you DXL, you made customers for life.

I had one the best shopping experiences I’ve encountered. Elva Alvarez Asst. Mgr was phenomenal. She spent a great deal of time in making sure I found what I needed. I’m this case a casual sports coat. Her demeanor, expertise and all around knowledge blew me away. I am definitely recommending my friends and family to this location and absolutely telling them to specifically ask for her. Elva thank you so much and hope to see you soon.

If Mr. Terry isn't your sales person, you are missing out. I only ask for him when I shop there. You should, too. He's very attentive to your needs and takes the time to understand you.

I received superb customer service here from very knowledgeable staff. I needed size 16 shoes for my son. Lisa was phenomenal! She knew exactly what to do and the shoes/socks fit perfect. It won't take him long to outgrow them and he needs other clothing items too so I will definitely be back! The store is very nicely arranged with good selections on everything, even belts which are hard to find.
