Ordered flowers on Valentines for my mom .Didn’t get the exact arrangement I paid for due to the shop selling out.I called same day to share my experience with staff and to my surprise today my mom got another arrangement delivered and a phone call from the shop.The new arrangement was beautiful and they allowed her to keep the previous one.Great way to take care of a customer!Thank you we appreciate it.
