Royal Inn

My room was nice, clean and spacious, and the lady at the service desk was helpful and sweet. Evidently, they do a lot of work to maintain their inn. I'm always a little worried when I book a hotel room in an unknown place. When I arrived at Royal Inn in Sparta, I was pleased with what I discovered.

Very clean, great price, huge bed. The room was well spaced and the parking was ideal. The cleaning services were perfect and never touched our personal things. Very friendly, with awesome AC. Perfect stay!

Traveling through town, happy to take a chance and pleasantly surprised. Wonderful surprisingly spacious room with a Jacuzzi tub, exactly what we needed after several days on the road travel. Staff were extremely friendly, as was housekeeping. Absolutely coming back if I'm ever in the area. Large TV in bedroom and living room. Decor might be a bit dated to some, however room was clean, and everything in perfect working order. 10/10 would recommend.

We rented off booking.com . When we came into town for a baby shower. Most rooms in the area were double or triple the price . We were not sure what to expect but when We walked through the door wow clean and very comfortable .we travel all the time this place is great price worth every penny. Great customer service.

Needed to take a little r&r so me and my bestie came to royal inn for a couple days , it was relaxing. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy I slept great all night. The sweet lady that cleans the rooms was so nice and helpful, awesome. I can't wait to go back. Everything was excellent!

We arrived to Sparta late (midnight) and quickly got an affordable and clean room. The bed was extremely comfy! We also had the option to pay with cash as well which was an usual yet nice option.

The staff was very sweet and accommodating. They even let us check in a little early. Anytime we needed anything, they were glad to help. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, room was clean, friendly and very helpful staff and manager as he was aiding me in my brief, but comfy stay in Sparta. The only thing I would add if I could, personally of course, would be updated televisions because of the input devise used, there's a lag between what is playing on your device to what is on the screen and it makes it hard to mirror a laptop or hard drive for exa.ple to their flat-screens. Other than that, exceptional weekend.

Came upon this hotel during our travels, not much else around. I was worried at first, but very pleased with our stay. Room was clean and lady in reception area was very friendly.

Easy to find off the highway with the most comfortable beds I've ever found in a hotel chain! Room was very clean and well-stocked. Breakfast starts at 6:30am.

I'm doing this review because I saw some of the bad reviews and had to add my two cents in.
I'm a travelling salesman and my requirements for a hotel/motel room are pretty simple. I want a GOOD a/c because I'm hot natured and I like a COLD room when I sleep. CHECK. I also like hot water in the shower, CHECK. I want a clean room, no mold, dust in the corners, no bugs, etc, CHECK. I like a good internet so I can watch my favorite Netflix or Amazon Prime show while I'm in bed, MEH on this one. Luckily the company I work for allows me to use my Iphone as a hot spot.
The reviews about bed bugs eating you up, I saw NO evidence of that. I even lifted the mattress to peak in between it and the foundation, all clear.
I can say without a doubt, having stayed in many motels over the last 10+ years this is NOT a bad motel. It's nothing fancy, but it's a clean, quiet place to get a good night's sleep.
Now, let me tell you about the place I stayed in years ago in Comanche, TX........another time perhaps.

Everything was great . The view was amazing could see the mountains from our room . Prices were very reasonable. Only thing room smelled s bit smoky and we got the smoke free room . But still would go back .

Quiet and peaceful. Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff. Not serving breakfast at this time due to covid which is completely understandable. Best accommodations in White County.

Both rooms we had were clean and bug free. The front desk was nice and we were able to get our rooms last minute.

Excellent reception and rooms were nice and clean and very quiet there hasn't disappointed me yet the couple times I have stayed there A++++

Friendly staff and great view from the pool and it was right down the street from me and my wife's work we will stay here more often it's very clean and pet friendly only a few extra bucks I highly recommend this place.

Great little place to stay when they cut my AC off for two days and I knew my dog and myself wouldn't survive in a hot house with no electricity or TV.
Very safe.
