Ok ...So we call an order in for a cheese burger meals the lady on the phone said that it will be 25 minutes so ok we ordered it....But when we got there the lady who took the order went on her break and forgot to tell the cook about the order....so when we arrived to pick up our food it wasn’t ready ..So out of the goodness of this person heart and Good Customer Service she went on and made the hamburger meals and didn’t charge us.. we offer to pay for it but she said that she will take care of it...we have been customer here at OT for years...so I wanted to say thank you 🙏🏾 for going beyond to satisfying your customer ...So HRER A BIG SHOUT-OUT TO THE LADY WITH THE PINK HAIR THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE LIKE YOU IS WHAT MAKES THE WORLD LOOK GOOD AND THANK OT FOR HIRING GREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS LADY sorry we didn’t get her name

The ladies here at lunchtime are always awesome!!! And their food is excellent and reasonably priced! Definitely recommend
