Great food for the price you pay. Very friendly people and the restaurant is very clean.

10 times better since they re-opened. The food tastes better and the whole place just smells and looks better! Highly recommend if you haven’t had it in a long time. A much more enjoyable experience.

We went at 1:20 on a Saturday and they were SLAMMED! But the staff stayed helpful. They were constantly cranking out pizzas and cleaning tables. Even with a large crowd, there wasn’t a wait for a table or for food. Very pleased

Great place to grab hot fresh pizza. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and the food was hot and fresh. Large salad bar with the fixings and try the cinnamon rolls! They were amazing!

Food is good, if you like cheap pizza and buffet style eateries. You can place a special order pizza.

Came in during a rush, extremely busy, but... the food was on point and over flowing, staff was amazing, polite, and cheerful. My youngest only eats cheese pizza and they were so wonderful at making him a cheese and getting it out so fast.

But it was good and service was great the restaurant was clean

This has been a great experience. They were super busy, almost every table full, and the buffet stayed full amd fresh. All of the staff were friendly and super helpful. 2 thumbs up to them all.

My first experience at cici's was amazing, $10 dollars for great pizza. Midway through my meal a little girl ran past our table with her sibling, the sibling smacked her on the forehead very hard, and it made her vomit. Her parent came back and apologized, my group told her it was fine and we started laughing. After we ate we went into the arcade and blew $30 dollars trying to get an alien ball. I lost my will to live but the experience made up for it, 10/10 would eat there again.

This dine in experience has been Fantastic !!!! I want to give a big thanks to Management and crew members for my pleasant visit . I enjoyed every bite Pizza was hot salads was fresh and desserts was sweet last visit was not the same I will say it was right after the grand re opening so bussiness was hectic .. I also work in the restraunt field so I understand how frustrating business can be٫but this visit was Outstanding Guys Thanks!!!!

Prices have increased somewhat over the last few years but not more then its competitors and it's still worth the value. Great quality pizza, salad, and desserts. My buffett of choice for sure. I definitely eat here at least once a month.

Just reopened!!!! August 3, 2022. Come give it a chodors. Improved over the last one. Newly remodeled. Employees were friendly and polite. Manager is new, very involved, gave great customer service and very knowledgeable with details. Restaurant is clean, variety of pizza's, pasta, salad and dessert options. Water, sweet tea, unsweetened tea, dr pepper, Sunkist, root beer, spirit, coke and some diet options. Small arcade for kids. Clean bathrooms with no odor.

Went there with my daughter and grandkids for my birthday on June 26th at about 630. The woman at the counter was great and so very friendly, she asked what was our favorite pizza to make sure there was a fresh one. Wish I had gotten her name. The food was good and we had a blast. With the poor service at many places these days it was great to get the friendly service she gave us.

Amazing place to go if you have a group or you're on a budget. Especially if you have kids with you. The food is fresh and usually pretty tasty! I especially love their dessert pizza and you can custom order while you're there as well!

We have been to couple of Cicis in Dallas too, But this one is the best so far. We are bunch of Indian guys and they treated us really well. Crew are polite and sweet, Specially "Ana" she was really helpful. Even if it was closing time they really care about customers.
