Lowe's Home Improvement

Ran in to just to grab a couple of things then remembered something else we needed. I looked it up on their website, sure enough they had it in stock...aisle 4 bay 1. But when we went to that location it was no where to be found. I asked an employee nearby. She looked it up and showed the same info as the website so rather than send us on a wild goose chase. She went where she thought the item might be, told us to wait right there. She came back with a big smile holding the item. She saved us a lot of time and energy. The employees at our Lowes always have great attitudes and are extremely helpful.

Going to Lowes is like a kid going on a field trip. So much good stuff to see! Never had a problem. Everybody is always so nice and helpful. Always clean. Everything is priced correctly. Only wish they had more electric carts because Lowe's is HUGH. I'm disabled and can barely walk to the building.
If they sold food I would be in there all day ❤

The lady (small brunette with wavy hair, sorry I didn't get her name) was working right beside the guys loading. My paint probably weighed more than she did but she loaded it and pushed it to me by herself. She helped me get my online order and was super nice and helpful. Online orders are super easy

Lowes has just about everything you may need for any activity you're doing around the house or for work. We remodeled a house, so we were able to find good priced cabinet knobs, 12ft and 16ft 2×4s and 2×6s, screws, saw blades, tape measure and many other items. And the lady working checkout in lumbar was hilarious!

I used to work here it has a new store manager now but its had alot of changes since oct theres a bunch of good people there willing to help everyone that walks through the doors the pics were taken by me in 2019 when I worked there

Lowe's is a big box home improvement store. They carry a broad selection of lumber, tools, plumbing supplies, home and garden equipment and pretty much anything you need around the house. I think it's great that they offer a 24/6/365 discount for Military and Veterans.

Shirley was very helpful and the lady that helped us with the tile for our bathroom as well. Employees were kind and helpful. If they did not know they would get someone who did. My husband and I spent over 2 hours in there,but time flew by thanks to the staff and options to choose from.

We found what we were looking for, and the staff was helpful and very friendly and didn't rush though waiting on you. A+ on the employees, thank you for the help and knowledge, when asked a question.

We needed a new washer and they had a sale on. Got in and out really quick. A couple of nice young men were able to load it right up for us. They usually have friendly people working here.

Some good some bad. If they show having 1 item but service rep cannot find it they still have it. Very accurate on inventory shown, employees may not be willing to look for it.

Was able to find a worker and ask for help looking for something with no trouble. The workers was very friendly but one. The cashier was very nice and friendly also. The one in Bentonville, Arkansas I can HARDLY EVER GET ANY HELP THERE AND THERE NOT FRIENDLY.
