ARG Realtors are amazing! We’ve used them twice now to buy a new construction home. The new home rebate that they offer is unbelievable! We also used them to sell our last home and they established my former neighborhood’s highest pre-owned sold comp! They provide lots of helpful advice, complimentary staging, and market aggressively. After 4 months on the market we switched to ARG. They reviewed our home, made recommendations that included changing our lighting to bright 5000K LED lights, which transformed the home’s look, had us take down our screens for better lighting, then staged out home with complementary accent staging and finished it off with amazing photography.
