Love our local Home Depot. They are always helpful and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They have a great selection of power tools and more for all your building or working needs. Go see them and let the pros take care of you!

Would have been great to have somebody in their appliance section who actually wanted to sell an appliance. We were told that we would have to load it by laying it down which can damage the Freon permanently. Why would someone spend $750 to do that?Common sense goes a long way. It seems like they wanted to sell us a floor model just to get it out of their way… we opted out. Do better when you’re training your people. Thankful we know our way around the store, because customer service isn’t an area you excel in.

Great experience, first time buying at Home Depot and Doyle made the experience great in buying and after the purchase in helping me load. Truly does care about the customer. Ask for him if you need help.

I was looking for a full length mirror to no avail. A sweet young lady store associate helped me find the mirrors, carried the one I chose to the register and then helped me load it in my car. I found out she is a garden center employee but she went out of her way to help me. Customer service on that level is hard to find.

This is a typical mid-sized Home Depot (still a big store). There seems to be plenty of people working and for the most part, they are helpful. After picking up a few online orders and swinging through the store once or twice, I'm happy to visit. They took care of the two issues I had quickly and called me to make sure there were not any additional issues. That call is huge for me as a customer. It's nice to know they care.

This is the main store for builders and if your trying to change your home up! Very good prices and items you can get.

They helped me load some plywood. Good customer service. They have mostly everything for home improvement and any of your lumber needs.

The Employees We're Very Friendly and Helpful. Found Exactly What I Needed And After Friendly Customer Service, They Also Loaded It Up On My Trailer For Me. And we Chatted About What I Do All The Way Too My Truck.

They have great deals on wood at the back of the store with a purple mark on it that's 70% off. It's great for practicing with my new saws.

I spoke with Adriana today from lawn and garden on the phone because we are doing some yard work and having difficult with chainsaws. We had to bring back our Echo yesterday that we bought Monday night due to some difficulties with it last night and the service desk was very friendly. We got our money back and wanted to think about which chainsaw we wanted to replace it with. We decided we wanted the same one, so I called Adriana and she was super helpful and looked everywhere for it, and unfortunately they were out of stock. I ended up ordering online which was also easy and convenient. Through the whole experience from the girl at the service desk Monday night (who sold us the initial chainsaw) to Adriana today, everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Thank y’all so much!

Traffic around the store can be a nightmare. But once there, clean and we'll maintained store. Fairly well stocked in what they do carry. Employees with or without attitude is hit it miss. Most have been friendly and helpful. Others are ether having one hell of a bad day or just should not deal with customers. And that is just from trying to say Hi while I pass by.

I got in and out within twenty minutes, to get a storm door.i had already waited at Lowes for forty minutes and asked three times for help and they never came. We had a lady help us at home Depot . Totally pleased with the service and they made a sale.
