This is a very nice store that actually easy to find, even though your GPS will not take you to the actual store. Justin was there and helped take care of us. He went above and beyond with his help, and we were absolutely grateful that he was there on a holiday so we were able to get the pod unloaded and to the house. Very friendly and helpful staff, from the time they called to let me know the pod made it safely to making the arrangements to come unload. Great people!

Amberlee was a HUGE help to me! I called the office and they were busy and missed my call; Amberlee went through the trouble of seeing who called and called me back to make sure I didn't need any help! I had an issue on my end with changing my payment method - Amberlee was very understanding with the issue at hand, waved my late fees, and took my new payment method over the phone. Very professional, very kind and personable - 5 stars!

Its the first truck my husband ever drive, to get the big stuffs moved to our apartment. We had a great experience, allowing us to make deposit and make use of our Philippine license while we wait for our car and our SC license. Everyone in the store are very accommodating and understanding. We don't need to rush since its for 24 hours. Thank once again. We rented a 10feet truck, and it was all perfect and nice for a antique dressers, big sofa, a recliner, and a high chair. Thank you.

Okay, Jeremy and the very nice lady who answered the phone were the highlight of a very rough day. My car broke down, followed by everything that could go wrong, go wrong. When I called, she was pleasant and helpful. When I got there and had to change a tow dolly to a trailer and Jeremy was helpful and pleasant and made us smile on a rough day. The trailer worked perfectly and saved us a ton of trouble. Very satisfied.

Michael was very helpful and made the stressful day so much better I would rent from this location. AnAntime also got storage from here and has best security.

We had an excellent experience. We got there at 9 a.m. and everything was ready. she walked around the truck with us and pointed out different things. Price was reasonable. She explained how to go online and choose where we wanted to return the truck.
